A couple of moments of goodness, the guys did push my side mirrors in prior to entering the wash and they offered me a complimentary towel, and actually tossed two my way, they are like lint free paper towels. A thoughtless customer was BLARING her car stereo which all the vacuums would not drown out. It was sooooooooo annoying. You would think the company would put up signs stating 'do not blare your music morons!' like the goo goo does on south parkway. The vacuums are no where near the quality of the drive thru car wash near the "new" Wal Mart on 72 west near County line. And the place was generally run down. The staff at the other place by wal mart are way friendly, offering to help in any way, for example they will offer to run your mats thru the cleaner, free of charge. If you love listening to other peoples taste in music at way over the normal Marshal amp at a Metallica concert volume, enjoy paying for add-ons that you don't know what you're getting and using vacuums that increase the time you are exposed to extremely loud music of other people's selection because you have to re-vacuum the same spot a million times, you've got your new place. They have Buc-ee's children's books, Buc-ee's swimsuits, Buc-ee's everything. I walked out with an assortment box of fudge, cotton candy-watermelon,strawberry banana, and regular. Watermelon one taste like it was made with the baby bottle pop watermelon dip power-amazing. The strawberry banana actually tasted like individual flavors coming together the banana flavor imitated the banana laffy taffy I was impressed, and they were like only $2. They have rock candy suckers here! You don't see those everywhere, they feel like a cannon event. I noticed they have a huge deli Jekry style. A whole bakery fudge style. And the people that work there in cowboy hats which I thought was really cute. Was it worth the hype? Sure. Be prepared to spend at least an hour on your port break during a road trip. The view at the pump is beautiful as are most views in Tennessee. Saw some things I've never seen before even in the checkout line, energy packs that look like zyns. And specialty mints in interesting flavors.

That alone was worth the stop, but the rest of the experience was less than expected. By the pumps, there are no windshield washer squeegees anywhere, so you cannot clean the bugs off of your windshield. The pay-at-the-pump interface was frustrating. It would not accept my Discover card. I used my Visa, and it locked into selling me only 15 gallons. The only great part of the refueling experience was the price and the zero wait for a pump because they have so many of them. Also, this location has a car wash, and the purchase option was imbedded in the gas purchase--I didn't want it, but accidentally got it. I guess that would be one way to clean the windows, but be aware as you're trying to buy gas. Inside: The inside is huge. It's like someone took a Walmart and placed restrooms and food kiosks in the center of it. The women's bathroom was awesomely clean. It's huge with individual doored stall-rooms along the walls with green (open) and red (busy) lights above the door, so you can quickly find a stall that's open. The entire center of the bathroom is full of sinks/soap/paper towels. It was spotlessly clean and the highlight of the whole experience. Food: Having seen another Yelp review, we got 2 XXL BBQ Brisket sandwiches and Buc-ee's chips and 2 $0.99 fountain drinks. We also picked up a small bag of chocolate covered pretzels. That lunch cost us $41, and there was nowhere to sit to eat it. The expectation is that you go back out to your car to eat. After being in the car for 6 hours, I didn't want to eat in the car, so we found a lamppost in the shade that we used as a "table" and stood to eat. Service: Everyone working at this location was helpful and friendly, so the service is great. Recommendation: If you are looking for a clean bathroom and cheaper gas--this is an awesome place to stop!! Of course, the cheaper gas price is how they draw you in, then they make up the loss in inside sales, especially food. There are many food choices, which is also good, as long as you intend to eat in the car. If you get the BBQ sandwich, I would get the one without the sauce.

The staff were friendly enough, despite trying to push monthly memberships. There are ample roomy covered parking spaces with a lot of vacuums, which is really nice! The trash cans were abundant and empty, which is another plus. Its a spacious nice car wash with easy in/out access to Highway 72. And, big plus for me, this car wash did not scratch my car! #Win!

I've gone there several times on a Saturday closer to 8:30am and it was closed. The vacuums are hit and miss. Typically, I end up driving to 4 or 5 vacuums before I find one that works. The pay station where you enter seldom works the first time you insert a credit card. Someone has to typically come from inside to assist with getting the gate to open. I just don't feel this location is managed well. You could say it's always hit or miss when visiting this location

The Supreme Car Wash setting doesn't get all the bugs off the front of my car. But it gets off most of them and I don't have to lift a finger (besides to press the button to choose car wash type).
