WARNING TO ANY NON-LOCALS and anyone visiting for the summer or for visiting day!!! YOUR STUFF WILL DISAPPEAR! Go somewhere else! This establishment lost my son's entire wardrobe and refused to help me. I rarely leave reviews, and when I do, I try to be positive. But I need to warn people of how horrible this establishment is. I went to your laundry mat on 8/10/2025. I don't live in the area and chose your laundry mat because of the proximity to where I was staying. I stepped out of the laundry mat, and when I returned, my stuff was missing from the entire dryer. Jose came over from the Ice Cream Store, showed me to the back, and tried genuinely to see if my stuff had been misplaced. We couldn't find anything. I asked him if we could look at the cameras, and he told me he couldn't access them and that I would have to call back tomorrow. I live three hours away, so I needed to get home. I called today and was told that they would not help me if I were present in the laundry mat. When I explained that it wasn't possible and asked for them to send me the video so I could pinpoint when the stuff was stolen, I was told they only give video to the police. When I questioned why they would only help do this if the police asked, I was told Please don't ask me questions. Bear in mind, this is my teenage son's entire wardrobe and could be estimated to cost about $750-1000. BEWARE! It could happen to you! read more

It is rare that I write a truly negative review because I know that businesses can be hurt in this difficult and ever-changing economic environment. But recent reviews of this Laundromat are consistently negative on multiple internet platforms, especially in recent years. I have been using this particular Super Duds Wash and Fold service for a long time, but after today 6/30/22, I won't be returning. When I arrived, at about 9:45 AM, to hand in my laundry at 10:00, the stated opening time, the place was a mess. There was garbage strewn about, laundry machine doors open with no staff present. The place was obviously not attended to the evening before so that customers could use an orderly/ clean laundromat. By 10:20, twenty minutes later than the stated opening time, for WASH and FOLD, I had to go to Juan in the management/ U-hall office so he could take in my laundry and accept payment. He kindly took the laundry, I fully paid, was given a receipt, and proceeded to leave. As I started to drive away, I was confronted by two women, one of whom called herself the "manager" whose name I will withhold at this time. I HAD NEVER MET THIS WOMAN BEFORE. She proceeded to call me inside and publicly chastise me because my laundry had a smell that was unacceptable to her, despite this being a WASH and FOLD service! She seemed to enjoy chastising me, doing so very publically, loudly, and brashly. She clearly said that it was her right to embarrass me because the other people on the property were " just employees." Even though my payment had been accepted by Juan, she returned it to me. Juan had no problem with my laundry, but she did. Of course, I was able to go to another Wash and Fold service without a problem. Naturally, I won't be returning. But I will contact the owner; not a manager, but the owner to have a one-on-one talk, even if he is in another state. I am fully cognizant that any business can refuse service for any reason except in the case of Legally Protected Classes of individuals. My wife is part of such a protected legal group under New York State and federal laws, although the NY statutes are more robust for me in this case. I work at the super duds for many years.I like my customers very much. Theirà good people.I also take great pride in keeping the place very clean.To me it's like my home. I get many compliment on how clean its.Also with the corona disease going many of my customers said they feel comfortable come here because the place is so clean.I also have a wonderful boss he care about the business and also make sure we keep up on everything so the customers will be happy. He take great pride in his business. Also keep up on things ,So the business will run smoothly.He also looks. For new things to make the place look nice .So you think a person like this would keep a dirty place the answer is NO!. With all the problems going on in this world don't you think you can do something better like help someone in need.Before you write something about someone think how this can effect other people life. read more

Worst laundromat EVER!!!! Haven't been here in over a year and I'll never be back. First machine #1 took a dollar in quarters before deciding it was full and wouldn't accept any more quarters nor did it turn my 4 quarters when pressing the coin return. Had to use another machine. Then dryer #25 took a dollar before it wouldn't accept any more quarters. Had to switch them to number 22 which also took another quarter before it too stopped accepting money. I once again switched to yet ANOTHER machine and finally thank God I might actually be able to finish this run of laundry. First I tried calling Paul who is usually very helpful but apparently he's no longer there because it says his number is disconnected. I called the number for Jose, the other service guy, and the guy tries playing the game of I'm Spanish speaking and can't understand you. I told him several times I had 3 machines eat my money and he tries telling me the machine won't start because I'm not closing the handle. NO YOU FRICKING IDIOT, I KNOW HOW TO USE A MACHINE. TRY GETTING YOUR LAZY SELF OUT HERE TO EMPTY THE QUARTERS OUT OF THE MACHINES SO THEY'LL ACTUALLY ACCEPT PEOPLE'S MONEY INSTEAD OF EATING IT. Machine was stuck on a cycle no one there to help. Bob was yelling at me due to me wanting a refund. Co-Owner that I talked to on the phone indicted Bob "Will kill me where I stand without a second thought" Co-Owner will not answer my calls regarding getting a refund. read more
