Trey was only with me for a few weeks. However he did his job the way he knew it should be done. So this review is absolutly not for Sovereign lending, it's only for Trey Alvarez. I ask who is calling and they say Sovereign and that they are calling because I expressed interest in a loan. NO, that was 3 years ago, and your information is very old. But quickly they say there are changes in the market and do I still live at xxxxxxxx. I tell them.... Look, I didn't use you 3 years ago because you were terrible during the initial phase, so I used someone else, so I don't need a loan and there is no possible way you can beat my interest rate since rates are now triple what I have. So leave me alone. They then say, but we like to give you a "free" review. I have to say again, take me off your spam list and stop calling. You are too pushy and rude and not listening to what I am saying, so I will never use you in the future. I hang up. Next day another idiot from their company calls. I have to block their calls. I suggest not using them. This desperation is a big red flag to me. They were terrible 3 years ago and still are today. Also agree with other reviewers that they are clearly very disorganized.
