I had even actually considered just walking out as no one even noticed me at the register for several minutes. I was literally within 2 feet of an employee restocking and she only spoke to her coworker. Would it have been so hard to say "sorry for your wait" or "thank you" after my purchase? Person who rang up my items didn't even seem to want to be there. It's a shame, as I have enjoyed previous shopping experiences there.

We wanted to try out tubs for comfort sake. We wanted the perfect tub that was pretty but also was comfortable. After a while a gentleman told us to feel free to look around and try them out. We went back a second time and ended up buying the tub and all our fixtures there. I braced myself at the cost and surprise to me it was well below what I expected. Needless to say Sierra was quite the saleswoman by not blinking an eye when I wanted something a bit more in our budget. She found solutions. Go in with confidence you can try in a tub, sit on a throne and be treated like a customer. Well except for that one guy who interrupted her during our sit down. He was rather rude and could have approached differently. Oh well his behavior gave us something to laugh about. The cabinets we ended up with are extra custom. We wanted a more modern kitchen than I expect is very common in Nashville (several cabinetry companies our contractor typically works with could only give us Shaker cabinets, which isn't what we wanted), but Builder Supply Source had flat panel cabinets, which is the modern look we wanted. When they didn't have the exact stain color we wanted, they worked with us to create some samples based on some Pinterest/Houzz pictures I sent over. A few days after I sent the photos over, we had four samples at our house. We really liked three of them, narrowed it down to two, and finally picked one. I really appreciated that they were willing to work with us to get the color just right! We had a few little issues (one small panel of wood came slightly scratched up), but Builder Supply Source took care of everything. We worked with Will, who was great from our first meeting with him (we were in his office for about an hour talking about options and coming up with the best cabinet layout). And - at the end of the project - we're just in love with our cabinets (as well as with the hardware we ordered through Builder Supply Source). They were great to work with and the final product is exactly what we wanted. I don't think we would have ended up with the kitchen we had in our minds if it weren't for Builder Supply Source!

Your service is horrible and when I had enough and asked for Mike the owner to contact me, crickets! Never a response! I could have bought my own RTAs and done the same or better job. I told them this because we built a bar area smaller in our media room! The quality of the cabinets were not to my standards for the price. My wall had to be repainted which they should have offered to pay for since the installer made marks all over because they sold me long floating shelves that was never installed at that length so had to install different brackets and notch the shelves to fit the brackets. 3times out here to install two shelves and 3 1/2 cabinets. I was set for me and my daughter to follow with full kitchens but we are going elsewhere now. Over $60k worth of lost business, not sure who wants that! The plans were ready to be executed. If you are looking for a good look and good quality this is not the place!!!

Julie said that they do service our area, but they were very busy and it might be a few weeks before someone could come up. 17 Oct 2023 at 1418 I sent an email with all the requested information to Julie. 17 Oct 2023 at 1426 Julie answered that what I sent was perfect and that John, who does the scheduling, would "try and get us on a route as soon as possible." She again noted that they were a few weeks out. 4 Dec 2023 at 1225 I sent an email to Julie asking where we are in the queue. 5 Dec 2023 at 1540 Julie responded with "I will double check with John..." This is the last communication I've had with BG Fireplace. It is now 22 Dec 2023, more than two months since the first phone call, and it's unfortunate they were unable to make a quick phone call just to say that we hadn't been forgotten and that they were working on it. I will not be doing business with BG Fireplace as a result.
