Liz was great for my kiddos party. We have seen Super Inflated Balloons at many kid parties prior to COVID. We used them recently and Liz is the only worker currently. I emailed, IG, and website inquired to get a reply though. It does take a bit of time to get contacted back. Prices are super reasonable. They charge for mileage if you are far. Still the best balloon makers in the business. Kimmy was the OG one we used to always see but Liz does the same great work. read more

Only 1 review for this company? I was very surprised because the line for this booth was non-stop at 626 night market. My niece loves balloons. She bought 4 balloons in a week from 3 different places. She spotted this place at 626 and wanted the butterfly. People crowded the front of this booth. I wish there was a line but we finally got their attention. We had fun watching the guys twisting the balloons into different creatures. Very skillful and entertaining to watch and I didn't realize I stayed that long. They know how to interact with kids also. My niece loved her butterfly ($3.00) and screamed when someone almost stepped on it. She eventually popped the butterfly by accident one hour later :( You can book them for festivals, conventions, night clubs, parties and special events. $120 per hour; additional $20 for location outside orange county but it's waived if you book 1.5 hours or longer. Go to the website, choose a date & time and pick a twister. One twister can make balloons for 20-25 children in 1 hour. Plan your next party with style by including Super Inflated. Super inflated you are only getting a one star because I have to in order to write this review but if I could it would be zero stars Very disappointed in there customer service I made a reservation a month ago for my son's 5th birthday party. I received a confirmation but they never showed up to my son's birthday party. I tried several times to contact them on the phone number they have listed here and it goes straight to voice mail. There is no other way to contact them other than email wich I've done several times and l have not received a response. If you are planning to go with them I would suggest not to put down a deposit until they show up to the event. This is an update So I was hoping that I would change my mind after talking to somebody in regards to this matter But Susan(the office manager) finally called me a day later and I'm still disappointed with their customer service. I understand things happened but all she had to say to me was the balloon twister apparently forgot about the reservation she she didn't even know the name of the person that was suppose to show up. It's bad business when you are not apologetic about something like this. It's also bad Business when there is no contact number anywhere on their website. I do not recommend booking these people for a special event they obviously do not take their business seriously. read more

Liz came to youngest son's first birthday party and was fantastic! She was a hit with the kids! Her balloons were super cute and very creative...she even had an extensive menu on her iPad for them to choose from. She was very responsive to all my requests prior to the party, called the week of to confirm and showed up prepared and on time. I would highly recommend them! read more

I'm so sad to read these reviews on Super Inflated. I used them twice for both my girl and son's first birthday parties in May 2012 and May 2014. I always contacted them via email at party@superinflated.com. My twister for both times was Susan. She is awesone. Showed up on time and was professional and did awesome balloon twisting. UPDATE//: With the horrible no-show/customer service experience I had with Super Inflated in 2014 for my 1st Daughter's 1st bday party (check out pervious review), I definitely didn't want to try my luck and book them again BUT I looked around at other balloon twisters that were as talented and they all had a 2hr minimum and I only needed them for 1 hr... so I started to consider them again. After doing some research, I noticed SI cleaned up shop and cut it down to 2 people (Kimmy & Liz), there was a phone # I found on their Instagram account that I could leave a voicemail on and an email address. Which were some of my issues back in 2014. And since Kimmy was with SI from the beginning, I knew the quality of the balloon twisting was most likely the same. I decided to go ahead and book them for my 2nd Daughter's 1st bday party (Sept 2016). I was still nervous and unsure about how reliable they'd be based off my pervious experience. So I contacted/emailed them a couple of days before the party to confirm. Liz the balloon twister booked for the event eventually called me and confirmed and gave me her mobile # if I needed to contact her for any reason. Which I love because that was one of my main complaints/suggestions to them back in 2014. It was the day of the party and Liz was on time and a hit with all the kids. David and his friend came out to my nephews 6th birthday at the park. it made the party! all the kids loved it and the adults were enjoying watching the guys create them. they know to make any shaped balloon! i mean he made my daughter that's 1 1/2 a pony she could ride of balloons! Just had Kimmy from Super Inflated at my daughter's 1 year party, and everyone was so impressed with her creations and how quickly she was able to make them. We only booked her for an hour but that was plenty of time for her to make two balloon creations for the kids. She made Elsa, Luigi, jetpacks, Minions, Little Mermaid, crowns, etc... Way better than other places. These were not just swords or animals. It was really easy to book a twister and they were very prompt about getting back to me. read more

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I should've known from the beginning, based on their lack of responsiveness, that hiring them was a bad idea. It took a month to get a corrected invoice that reflected the correct venue address and that was after 6 emails following up. I hired them for my daughter's 1st birthday, which is a BIG deal for our culture (think mini wedding). They were scheduled to arrive at 1pm, which was 1 hour after the event started...it was 1:30 and still no show..so I called the company number (because they don't provide contact info for the actual balloon blower) and all I got was a voicemail box stating that they were closed. Needless to say, the event ended and our planned entertainment for the children NEVER SHOWED. The balloon blower, who never showed up ended up calling me 2 hours AFTER the event was over- but never left a voicemail, just a missed call notice on my phone. As you can imagine, i was so upset and irritated that I didn't read these Yelp reviews prior to hiring them. I sent an email to the company demanding an explanation and they didn't even bother responding to my email...even to this day, and it's been 60 days. The balloon blower finally called me and offered some 'excuse' that his phone battery died and that he had written the directions down on paper (??? who does that these days?), but somehow he had been contacted that he had to rush to the hospital. Also, I can understand that things can come up, if it was even the truth- but as a company, feel their responsibility is to notify and respond to customers, whatever the reason and somehow provide a backup option. The company has taken no responsbility for their employee not showing up. After the long-winded explanation, the balloon blower offered a free 1 hour session to 'make it up to me'....which is the lamest offer I've ever heard of. I would never trust this company and risk having an event ruined by not showing up. If you want to save yourself from a headache, either hire a backup or DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!! read more
