I used Super Jumpers for my daughter's birthday party this past Saturday. They arrived on time and…read moreeasily set up a bounce house for us. Thats the only positive. Unfortunately, the bounce house deflated half way through the party. When I called for assistance I was advised that the extension cord they used to set up the bounce house was old and likely faulty and I should, during my daughter's party, go ask a neighbor for a cord or go purchase one. It was Saturday and most of my neighbors were out. I asked the service if they could bring me a cord and they said they were 45 minutes away. After I asked outright "so you are saying you are too far away to come fix the bounce house I rented for all day that does not work," they said "yes." Later I was able to use a neighbor's cord after the party was over and the bounce house still did not reflate. The blower itself was broken. The service oferred no apology or even acknowledgement of my daughter's disappointment. I can not recommend this company.

We had fun exploring and shopping all over the ginormous store. They have metal plants, ceramic fire pits, clothes, hats, ornaments, and so much more! I bought two beautiful and colorful wreaths for my front doors, and a small ceramic Southwest church to add to my church and missions collection. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I believe the couple who were there were the owners, and the young seven-year-old was their son, and HE was running the cash register! Lol! He was adorable! Recommended! 5/5
