This is a "Part 2" review for Super Kleen Pressure Cleaning and the work completed at my home by Jim G. I can't say enough good things about this experience (find my "Part 1" review somewhere in the history here). Jim and I agreed to do the driveway sealing on another day when the weather was forecast to hold-up (i.e., the rain would stop). As luck would have it, that day was January 1st, 2020. Jim was in constant contact beforehand assuring me that he would be able to come out and complete the work. Well, he did, and my community's guard effectively turned him away. It turns out that we are not allowed to have contractors work on holidays. I never heard of this "rule", despite living here for over 10 years. Jim contacted me immediately (from the guard house), and agreed to try again the next day. He didn't make any fuss about "wasting his time". He politely agreed to be back first thing the next morning. And he was. He prepped the area and worked all day completing the job. It came out great! I called Jim on 10/27/2020 for a quote on pressure cleaning our roof and walks. He arrived that evening reviewed the house and said he would email a quote the next day and offered insurance documents. We got the quote next day and we talked about his schedule. He told us his work load and he could do the job by the end of the next week at latest. We texted numerous times and he kept us informed of his progress.
