After three weeks, we are still running to turn off the lights until we realize they are not even turned on. We had another tube installed in the master bathroom; both tube lights serve as marvelous night lights. I can't say enough about their customer service. We dealt with Joanne who was consistently available to answer questions and provide follow-ups. Rusty was our installer and he is experienced and knows his job very well - the entire project took only a few hours. Price was reasonable not to mention we get a 30 percent tax credit!

Portions of the workmanship were good however the main focus section was not. We questioned the technique concerned the bottom portion of each brick would be easily broken as no backing was installed. Daryl assured us that would not be an issue. They charged a premium price for his expertise . Shortly after pieces started breaking off with the slightest contact. The overall appearance quickly became poor. He has refused to stand by his work or offer any solutions. Now I have had to hire another professional to correct his poor workmanship. Several of the bricks were also installed crooked and have to be replaced. Poor workmanship, over priced, and not willing to fix his error. Would not hire again or recommend anyone else to.

The first issue was that the worker was cutting the tiles with his heavy machinery on the front…read morewalkway. I told him this wasn't permitted, and that he should be doing it downstairs. I offered use of the lanai, as I just had an outlet installed (one thing that did go well.) Instead, after walking away and subsequently returning, I discovered that he brought the saw into the bathroom, and since there was no outlet installed in the bathroom yet he decided to move my bureau and use the outlet behind. At one point I saw him taping up the drawers with blue tape, as he said the drawers were opening when he moved the bureau. Again I told him to bring it out to the lanai, but he said he was almost done and I let him finish. The bureau has sticky tape on it that will need to be corrected. Someone had to come back two additional times to fix problems with the tiles and the grouting. From a company who did terrific work with my kitchen two years ago, this project was a total disaster. If I had another 30K I would have someone rip out the entire thing and start over.
