At night, this area could feel a little sketchy but if you keep to yourself, no one will really bother you. They also have an option to pay for your wash digitally so you can see how much time is left on your wash and the machine locks once it starts washing/drying your clothes. You need approximately 30 minutes per washer and dryer. Don't do what I did and think 5 minutes of drying time was enough for a load of clothes. Just pay for 30 minutes of dry time so you're not stuck paying every 10 minutes. There is no bathroom in the facility but there is staff on hand for security/assistance and you can also convert your cash to coins. Parking: plaza parking Recommendations: Pay by phone so you can see how much time you have left on your wash and I could see the pin ball machine being awesome to play in the summer since it blows cool air when you play it.

She explained how the machines worked. It's cashless. You purchase a card from the machine and use it on the washer and dryers. They also have laundry soap and dryer sheets for sale. They also have a wash and fold service for those who don't have time to stay and wash their clothes. There is a lot of parking, but it's in a busy strip type mall area with a LaBonita grocery store next door. They have ample laundry carts available to help get your laundry in and out of your vehicle. Pricing was a little high, we paid $11 for the larger machine and dryers are I believe $.25 for 4 minutes. This would have been my all time favorite place if the dryers actually dried anything- the high setting felt like I was asking it than actually receiving it. I can't justify the price for this place simply because of the dryers, they feel like a scam and I mean no disrespect. Overall if you're in a rush please be aware some of your items may not be fully dried, especially if you have a lot.

At 11:30PM, I decided to stop by guest services and the laundry was never picked up. No response to my text message where I expressed how upset I was. It appears to be a "thing" with this company.
