UPDATE: The owner of the business (Chris) reached out to me after noticing my review here. Chris and I connected on a phone call. The conversation was great and very constructive. Chris was really concerned and engaged throughout the call. After talking about the issue I had, it was clear it was more a matter of messaging/communication and not really a performance/quality of service issue. Chris carefully examined the service history for our address and was able to determine where the communication led me to believe that there was a service failure, but in reality, there was not. Chris and his team are reconstructing the customer communications that led to some ambiguity in the service. It is exceptionally rare to have a business owner be this responsive and engaged. I am changing my rate and adding this note in the hopes that customers and prospective customers will definitely consider doing business with his team. I am fully recommending them! read more

Really impressed with this business! I'm in town for a three week visit with family and brought my service dog with me. Since I HATE picking up his waste in the backyard, I had to find someone who would do it for me. So I called Super Scoopers! Their prices are the best in town and they do an amazing job. One time, I noticed some waste that had initially been overlooked. I called them, and within an hour, someone was BACK to clean up the little bit of waste that had been missed! I've not noticed any misses since the initial cleanup. They've always been super friendly to me and my dog and I'd use them (and recommend them) again any time - and if they were in my town, I'd change to them! THEY ARE AMAZING!! Genuinely friendly folks who have customer service nailed (and not via script!). They are timely with their visits and scheduling and are incredibly convenient. I open my back gate and let them do the work. A note is left on the door to let me know scooping is complete. $19 / week for my yard and I have them scheduled recurring so there's no necessary confirmation or coordination on my end. I love this company. Any time I contact them, I receive a response within 24 hours. To begin service, I filled out an online form and the next morning I received an email that someone would be at my house the very next day to scoop my yard! This is the easiest service to set up. Each time they come clean the yard they leave a nice note on the door letting me know they were there. This company is awesome!! I highly recommend them. I have 2 great danes who leave a lot of work for Super Scoopers to pick up each week. I was having trouble keeping up on a routine schedule. They started immediately and have never missed a day. Their fees are beyond reasonable. They are always professional, courteous and go above and beyond with their customers (both fury and human).
