They have told me for months they would give me a refund after coming to my house and NOT doing any of the items they said they would do. Still no refund. Supervisor Timothy was rude and lied. Terrible "service" second time out to remove webs from Lanai. First technician did a great job. Second person missed so many areas -I texted him about the missed areas and he sent a snarkly text explaining all the reasons why he couldn't do it correctly (even though first technician had no problems). Called the company to pay the invoice and when I asked to speak to someone about the terrible service, she just recommended that I sign up for monthly service with them. What? Are you kidding me. haven't reviewed anyone on Yelp before. I'll add images of how terrible my lawn looks after 6+ months of using Pestbear. Long story short - Lady calls from pestbear, she says your late on a bill. I paid $55 for the late bill. 3 months later I get a collections notice for a bill. I called, they said I paid 1 of the 2 late bills: they never mentioned the second. It's on their recording of the call. This business will put your bill through collections for $55 all while it being their fault for not billing my NEW card information THAT WAS ON FILE. I paid for every service despite the results I was seeing for months. They don"t stand behind their service, they provide excuses, talk about personal problems with their customers. We had been using Pestbear for many years but at least 3-4 times needed to call and use termination for them to do it right. They treated our lawn and sprayed the home for pest control. All the time having to question thier invoicing. Our pricing was 87 for lawn and 92 for pest control. In November they billed us for both, as they should. My wife paid both though on line payment. Next bill came for another 87 but no services yet for the month. Invoice number is the same. My wife called them and said we made 1 payment for both the month before, total of 180.66. Now we have to prove we made the payment (more time) and we did. Sent notice of cancellation and they wanted to send someone out. They did, he even admitted he would not be happy with the lawn as it had weeds everywhere. So what did we pay for as the Palmetoe bugs were all over the place for last 3 months inspite of multiple visits. Hire them at your own peril or skip the middle man and flush your money down the toilet. I am just mad at my self for not firing them sooner! They are dishonest and thier work sucks! read more

If i could give the service a zero I would. Our HOA paid f or services for a year and they never did a thing. I was new to the Board and did not realize that we had paid up front for a year. I got a bill recently for 2021. I called them and told them they had no with us and why are they billing us? The next month I received another bill. I told them specifically when I contacted them the first time not to do anything in our Association. Contacted them yesterday and they told me that they have been out 2 times this year. I told them we had no contract with them and we would not be paying the bill. The areas that they said they are concentrating on have tons of ants and we have been taking care of them ourselves. When I told them that they said our contract does not cover ants. WE HAVE NO CONTRACT. Asked them to e-mail me a copy of the contract and I have not received it as of yet. Finally ran out of patience with this company. Canceled my lawn fertilization, pest control, and plants/shrub care contract with them on August 17. Upon cancellation I was told I would have a refund within four weeks for the unused part of our agreement (I had paid in advance). We are now 12 weeks into the process and still no refund. They do not return phone calls and a manager is never on duty. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I suspect this is the only way to get this company's attention. Do not use this company under any circumstances. The tagline in their phone recording while you wait on hold speaks to their legality, morals, and ethics. Do not hire this scam of a company. Fired them after only 2 months. Sitting at home working and watching them on security cameras treat half the property and then leave. Do not hire this company. Our grass got worse and when I POLITELY tried to cancel their services, they had a manager call and try to pressure me into staying and scoffed at my concerns and my reason to cancel. He informed me that the reason why my grass was worse was because "I signed up for their cheapest plan" and insinuated that I was cheap. He then laughed and said "good luck with our competitors" in those exact words before hanging up. What shocked me is that I was being extremely polite to this man and I did not deserve that treatment. They then wrongfully sent me to collections for a service that I payed for (and have my bank statement to prove it) and I am currently disputing that charge. What a waste of time as if I didn't have anything better to do. I never write reviews but being a hard working mother of three I refuse to be abused by these people. read more

Worst lawn care company. I'd give it a minus if I could. Grass did not improve, insects infested our beautiful tree and bushes so I don't know what I paid for. They were supposed to let us know when they were coming so in case we weren't home we could keep our dogs off the grass when they sprayed. Nope, twice our dogs walked in their wet spray so who knows how much of the poison our dogs got in their systems. They keep billing me for $75 but they should be refunding me for all the money I already gave them. read more
