I had to wait an hour and half for my car to be washed. Only to get to the front for them to say it is cash only and the card machine does not work. The workers were very nice but this car wash needs to get it together. I would most likely not be coming back to this establishment. read more

This will be the car wash I use going forward. My car is lowered so I tend to have issues with my car rubbing as it goes through the wash. This was not an issue here. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is a section of my car on the trunk and roof that every other place seems to always miss and I usual take care of when I get home. They did an excellent job. Needed to find a place to get my car washed and cleaned. A family friend swears by this place so I thought I'd give it a try. They closed at 6 and I got there a little past 5. I wanted to get the exterior supreme since it offered top cleaning for both the inside and outside of the car. The workers said that wouldn't be possible since there was only one worker. I decided to get a lower package which was $26 plus $2 for having a SUV. The service wasn't all that great and I noticed that there were some scratches on my car after I got it back. This was my first visit to this full service car wash center. I didn't realize how close they were to my house, so I figured I could give them a shot. My bandy was very dirty, inside and out, and needed basic detailing. Super shine has the traditional tunnel wash system where your car is on a track, washed down by the automatic spin brushes. That's ok...I prefer a power wash system, but this will do. The prices were a bit on the high side, and if you have a Truck/SUV or van, they add $2 extra. I'm Not that thrilled with that. I got the $32 package, which does everything, and they added $2 for my SUV. They vacuum the car before they pull it in to be washed. Once washed, the guy who detailed my car did a fantastic job. His name is Mike. He was working on my car by himself, and he cleaned it like it was his own. My car has never looked better. He cleaned the hell out of my center console. My car looked brand new. Awful experience and will not be back! While the wash was good, inside detailing was horrible!! I paid for the highest package "Supreme" for $33 and left my inside dirty!! I had to ask to please clean out cup holder area, and the owner stated it was not apart of deal!! Took of my antenna and did t even put back. On the sides of the car all trash was left!! Scratched our NEW (less than 1,000 miles) SUV!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND this service. My wife and I recently purchased a brand-new SUV. After the cleaning, we confronted them about the issue, and they claimed the scratch was already there as part of the paint job. REALLY?!? I find this highly unlikely considering there are less than 1000 miles on this vehicle. They claimed to only use soft cloth, but rings and watches, perhaps... Upon pickup, bugs were still in the front grill. Fresh and Clean Fragrance really means Marijuana Smoke-out Odor; The attendant tried to make small talk with us to change the subject. ... What's a girl like you doing in a big truck like this? REALLY?!? Again, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this service. read more

GARBAGE!! Worst car wash I've ever been too. Paid $29 plus tip and my car was just as dirty as when I arrived. They didn't touch the doors, "that's extra", no mention up front. They carpet or clean the vinyl if no carpet, didn't do that, even the floor mats were dirty. We clean the dash, nope, still dusty. The glass, dirty. Basically they did NOTHING!!! I called and he asked me to come back. These pictures are after their second clean. I will have to clean my own car. I just moved here from Miami and I paid $25 there and even my floors were shining. I have been going here for a few years. Overall, I've never had a problem, some visits are better than others but I'm not super picky. As long as the car interior is well vacuumed and the exterior doesn't have any missed spots that are still dirty, I am good. Prices have gone up over the years from $16 to $19 for a basic car wash (incl tire shine). It's nice that you get a discount if you bring a 2nd vehicle in a few days after your wash. read more

This car wash is complete GARBAGE. It's so hard to believe anybody who have given this terrible car wash more than one star! My gosh I cannot believe they even have business. Although they did not do the best job I have seen on my car, but when I politely let an employee know about the situation, he then responded disrespectfully "your car is dirty anyways." Then pulled the owner over and he had said to me, "if it comes in dirty I can't do magic on it, it's a dirty car." Mind you that is not how you speak to a customer AT ALL. If I knew this job would have been SO terrible, I would have done it better myself. This place is awful. They only clean what is written. For instance dash is dusted but rest of interior isn't. Extra charge to clean floor mats so they don't vacuum them if you don't pay. Leave seats with lint and dirt. I guess they just stick the vacuum inside and hope the dirt jumps in. And when you complain they make no effort to satisfy you, but tell you it is your problem. In all honesty I know a man who works from a gas station (less professional) but his customer service is A1 and charges the same amount and on top of that makes sure the cup holder and doors and cleaned out; this place gave me bs excuses for why my cupholder and doors weren't cleaned out. While the gentlemen that actually cleaned my car were nice and did decent job, the manager and cashier are extremely rude and shady. They act as if you're inconveniencing them by patronizing the establishment. I would not come here for any service unless you are desperate just because of the manager and cashier. read more

I've been going here for years and they do the best and most thorough wash/interior detailing of any competitor within 20 miles ( as far as I'm concerned!) To do such a great job takes time and It's usually 30-40 mins start to finish (unless it's a weekend when it's busier) Well worth it (and priced competitively) but I don't always have that much time to wait and often have to get a quicker, sub-standard wash at one of the nearby chains. There is a comfortable lobby area with TV and vending machines, and there are at least 6 restaurants within a block if you wanted to grab a snack while you're waiting. There is also outdoor seating if you prefer to catch some rays while you wait. Bottom line: great service, great results and well worth the time and price read more

This is the 3rd time coming here since I discovered this hidden jewel. By far, the best car wash in the area...in any area I've lived in for that matter. This is a FULL SERVICE car wash that really takes great care of making sure your vehicle is looking pristine when you leave. They use earth friendly products to wash and clean your vehicle....plus the detail they put into cleaning out every nook & cranny is unmatched. Horrible service. A $19 wash doesn't even include a a wipe down of the seats. The description said inside and outside detail. When the attendant tried to improve the experience the owner came out yelling that a seat wipe down wasn't on the ticket. Lastly, the air freshener isn't sprayed in the car, uts a sticker they tell you to put under your seat. Wtf! I will never return again. A waste of money! read more

It was ok, but my car is in no way clean on the inside. It's cleaner than it was before, but inside still had gobs of dog hair that they didn't vacuum up. I realize my car was dirty, that's why I took it to professionals to get it cleaned up. I paid the highest level package they offered. Yes, it was busy there, but management wanted all cars to take the same amount of time to be finished, regardless of each car's level of filth. Obviously, some cars are going to need it more than others, and those cars are going to take longer. I was prepared for this. Yes, I said management because my cleaning attendant was doing his job until the older gentleman who was overseeing everyone marched over and told him to finish and move on. On the whole, my car is shiny on the outside and the dash is clean. The floors were vacuumed, and the seats were vacuumed only in the front. This is why they aren't getting a lower score. But I can't ignore that a person can't sit in the back seat without cringing that they will need a lint roller after getting out, AFTER it just got cleaned. I will have to explore other options in the future if I want my car cleaned thoroughly. I don't expect 20 minutes to be enough time to clean a dirty car. read more

HORIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Like many of you...I had a terrible service. I like the employees but the ownership doesn't know the first thing about customer service. After my car was run through the washer, the Owner drives my Black Infiniti G37S out in the sun (89 degrees) and it sits there for 10 minutes without anyone drying it off. I informed the Owner's son that my car has sun dried and will need to be run through the washer again to avoid spots. He said, "they will wipe the spots out." Needless to say, the spots were dried and could not be wiped out. I then go to let them know and the Owner tells me that the spots are in my paint and I need a wax to get them out. I then get my own towel and water bottle from my car and wipe the spots out myself. He tells he is not going to argue with me, and walks off. THIS CAR WASH DOESN'T VALUE YOUR BUSINESS. It would have cost him nothing to run the car through the washer again. I will be going back there again, nor will I patronize a company that doesn't value me as a customer. read more

Hands down, Super Shine Car Wash is the best car wash place in Gwinnett. I have been going to them ever since I started driving and I have yet to find a single complaint with their services or the staff. They are quick, thorough, and really put effort into making sure your car is the best looking car on the block when you leave their business. Great car wash in town! The staff is great and courteous. I go there several times a year, especially on Ladies Day for an awesome deal. They are fast, unless you go during busy hour. I have also had my car on the inside shampooed which helped take out the cigarette smell from the previous owner. I recommend going to this car wash. read more
