I've been coming to this shop regularly for the past 5 months or so after finding it's the only shop in a 20 mile radius that ALWAYS has what I need. I have been to this place a couple of times since the ownership changed hands and not much had changed. That is, until something went wrong. I bought a domeless nail that was really poor quality metal and it expanded and contracted a ton, breaking a pipe. No big deal, it happens. I didn't want him to replace the glass that broke or anything, just credit the old, faulty nail towards a new one. After him telling me I was using it wrong, and offering condescendingly to explain to me "how to use a pipe, too," I told him that I had been shopping there for years with Ferris and Louie and this was a total bummer. He then told me "You don't put food on my plate." Which is when I decided that I should never deal with them again, especially if they are pawning off that poor quality metal as titanium, then refusing to do anything about it when they're called out. Inner Limits down the street is a much better shop with a much better selection, and a knowledgeable staff that seems to care. I'm done with this place. Such a bummer after coming for so many years and having such a good experience with the old owners. read more

I can only speak of the cigars here. Last owners kept humidor, and thus cigar,s in great shape. A couple weeks ago I bought a cigar and I noted to the person there that the cigars seemed a bit stiff and they should check the humidity. Went home and smoked the 11.99 dried out stick I had just bought. Went back yesterday and after feeling some cigars, realized they were again hard as a rock. Found the hydrometer and was, get this, 35%! Perhaps 70-75% would work better in our dry climate here in SC. Beware, unless you need expensive kindling. read more

I spent about $70.00 on a vap kit, juice, etc. After three days, I realized that the battery in the vaporizer was not charging when it ran out of energy completely. I plugged the unit in and it worked just fine but would not hold a charge at all. So, I took our back to the shop and explained the issue hoping to get a replacement. The Asian looking clerk, (the same one that I had purchased the items from), immediately told me that I must have over charged the battery and damaged the unit. I told him that I was certain that I had not since the unit had not been charged for more than approximately 30 minutes at a time since I had purchased it. He then told me I had damaged the battery by charging it for short periods of time... So, I explained to him how nickel cadmium battery recharging works and said that I didn't think I had damaged the unit but believed it to be defective. The clerk immediately became argumentative, rude, irrational, defensive, and borderline abusive. I told him that I would like the unit replaced and he just gave me a condescending stare and then launched into a tirade. I asked if he was the shop owner and he said that he was not so I asked fur the owner's name and phone number. The clerk refused and continued with his tirade. I will never go back to this shop and recommend that no one else patronize either. read more

If I could give no stars I would. I just walked in to get a gift for someone waited nearly a minute before anyone even realized I was in the store. I was like okay then kelvin came out to help me. I asked specifically for what I wanted he wasn't friendly or welcoming at all, he grabbed a box and handed it to me. I asked him to assist me and he basically told me to figure it out on my own as he's standing there watching me... I took an elderly client here to buy a carton of cigarettes and the Asian clerk was the rudest person I've ever experienced in my life. My client doesn't do well with technology and it takes him a while to use his credit card. The guy was so condescending telling my client he needs to adapt to the real world and all kinds of other shit. He then flipped out and was like "you know what I'm good, I don't have to sell you these cigarettes and you can leave my store" I told him it just takes my client a minute to figure out the pin pad and he flipped out and started cussing at me and saying "don't tell me how to do my job" he called be a fat b*tch and told me to go F*** myself. I was about ready to pull him over the counter or bash his head against it. Every other time we've come here and the other guy is working there's never been a problem. Went in to go say hi to an old friend who USED to own the place. As I walked in I found this shop was under new ownership! The two young gentleman were very curtious and professional, so I noticed where pipes, domes, nails etc. Used to be were now displays of vapes and juices(though there selection of pipes and bongs and accessories is not at all compromised). I decided to take a look and the two gentlemen were the greatest! Usually when you go in vape lounges you're lucky to be acknowledged much less "served upon". I felt priortized and important (no attitude, no trreating me like I'm dumb ). So needless to say customer service A+. I bought a couple bottles of vape juice and the product was excellent as well. Little shop, with great selection and a Big Heart! I was in town for a wedding and forgot to bring a few cigars with me. A quick Google search lead me the the Smoke Shop where I met Jacob who was taking care of the shop. For a small space, this place has a wide variety of smoke products. Everything from cigarettes, hookahs, vapes and even cigars. Jacob made sure that I left this shop a very happy and please customer. This is something I greatly appreciated being from Georgia. If I could rate this place less than one star I would. Their workers are rude and unhelpful. I bought a mod from this shop and went back minutes later due to an issue with it leaking. The worker pretty much called me a liar and that they couldn't confirm anything. After I calmly tried to tell him I just need help he continued to raise his voice and yell at me saying he doesn't care what we buy because he gets paid anyways. If I could give no stars I would. I am a frequent returning customer and have easily spent thousands of dollars here. Whoever the new manager is, he needs to be taken out the of the store right now. He is a danger to any customer that walks in there. I come in on a Monday night, the day after Christmas. As I proceed to get information about my purchase and the cost of that purchase, the manager becomes hostile and threatens me. He even goes to threaten me by holding pepper spray to my face then, advancing to pulling out a taser threatening me out of the store. My advice to anyone who is trying to find decent glass is to go anywhere but here. The glass is poor quality and overpriced. I'm going to exclude the manager for a moment, because it's one thing if there is poor customer service and one is disappointed with the selection and quality of product but, it is a completely different thing when one is presented with cheap product and poor/life threatening customer service. read more
