Super is for Super Expensive. Went in here today. I travel in my RV all over America and go home to California 4-6 months a year. Today, 9/13/24 I went into this shop out of my sweet two pack cigars. Imagine Swishers, White Owl sweets,etc, most expensive costs are $1.49. Here $ 1.99 Wherever I have been. Didn't ask (my mistake) 11.9? For 5 packets of 2 cigars. Steer away from this. Highway robbery!!! 25% more than I've have ever paid other than Hawaii, one of the most anti tobacco states in the union. read more

this place feels very cliquey & sketchy. the employees here are always so rude, sarcastic, & condescending. although they have a huge selection, it's not worth feeling like an annoyance for asking a question or for help getting something. i've never had a good experience here & always felt unwelcomed. one time i bought a half ounce & they gave me 7 grams, the owner was really nice & said he would definitely make it right. i went back & the manager on shift was extremely hostile & was basically interrogating me, kept pressing me to point out who weighed it up, & kept making comments implying that i was lying. i avoid going here 99.9% of the time. port city is a much better & relaxed environment. they have great staff that make you feel welcomed. read more

Unfortunately need to leave a negative review for this shop after several bad experiences and just had the last straw today. I went in and inquired about the possibly to match the manufacturers MSRP not expected them ti do it, but instead of professionalism in their response, they basically told me to go buy from the manufacturer if I didn't like their prices. Horrible response to a returning customer who's spent several thousands dollars over the course of this past year. It seems they're setting themselves up for bankruptcy when Minnesota opens dispensaries next year, because super smoke shop won't survive at this rate. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!! This is a very sketchy smoke shop that should be reported to the IRS as the pay their employees cash at the end of everyday!!! If you, the customer, are not pleased with what you've received and tell the manager, he will just ban you from the store saying he doesn't want you there anymore. I'm completely outraged and upset as I spent thousands of dollars here. read more

Super sketchy smoke shop. I used to love to come here and get new glass but I've had a problem with the last few times I've been in. First I bought a bong that literally broke apart before I even opened the package that they wrapped it in, when I went back in to explain what happened they refused to refund me or even replace the piece. I get that it was paid for but it was obviously a faulty piece that they refused to refund me for. I recently bought a grinder as well and the screen has already popped out of it after a few uses. I've also heard the employees are paid under the table with cash. Very disappointed customer. read more
