We purchased a foot massage, only to be led to what can only be described as their break room. Trust me I do not have high expectations for foot massage places. The room was cluttered, with remnants of personal activity everywhere. Near the makeshift foot massage beds were personal blankets carelessly tossed aside, and the trash was overflowing, food storage, security tv camereas, phone chargers. I was iffy about this place from the moment I called to book an appointment. The man who answered the phone barely spoke English so communication was difficult. Day of massage, lady at the front also spoke very little English so checking in was a challenge because she couldn't understand that we were there because we had purchased a Groupon until I just eventually showed it to her. I've received massages before and usually they'll give you a paper to fill out on what areas you want to focus on or ask but that didn't happen. Not only that but I'm used to aromatherapy being an automatic thing in most massage rooms but that was not the case here. Everybody there barely spoke/ understood English therefore communicating with them was impossible. My boyfriend tried to mention our problematic areas but they didn't understand. I was just waiting for the massage to be over with because it wasn't relaxing. The room for a couples massage is not big enough for 4 people. The other masseuse who was working on my boyfriend kept bumping into me/ my table. The other workers in the building were loud so we could hear them talking during our massage. Once we finished and were ready to head out, they demanded a tip. I wasn't going to tip on a service I didn't enjoy but we felt forced to do so. Never going to this place again.
