Opened 3 was ago and great customer service and welcoming by manager Curtis. Shared I was adding his location to Yelp and he was appreciative. $10 wash is perfect by offering a interior wet cloth and air freshener. Self service allows super suction vacuums and towel service. This extra service is so appreciated as you can clean rims, windows and any water drips or can you use their high pressure air. read more

The car wash itself was fine. I'm giving it only one star because of their dishonest business practices. Young man at the kiosk said "for $3 more, you can get unlimited washes this month". He mentioned nothing about this being a monthly membership that would automatically debit my account. I am currently waiting for them to reply to my email since they do not answer their phones. I want my refund and to cancel my membership ASAP!! I cannot believe that some companies still operate this way. FIX THIS NOW!!! read more

I have been to this location before but never experienced such quality customer service as I did today. When first arriving, I was approached by a worker named JJ. JJ was very kind and helpful when assisting me on deciding which service i'd like today. You could tell he really valued his customers and duty as a worker for Super Star. This is the worst car wash. The place is always closed for maintenance . It takes 10 minutes to get through gate and then the vacuums never work. It's always sorry and there's trash everywhere! First time here and a very nice car wash. You go through the machine and they offer complimentary vacuums which have a strong suction, they offer towels to dry the car, complimentary wet wipe and also one air freshener. There is an attendant where you pay - my guess is that so that those who have trouble using the machines can have a live person to talk to. read more

The prices have skyrocketed as of late, but the wash is usually pretty good, great vacuums, slightly wet towels are always available, and even compressed air to blow off your vehicle and compressed air to inflate your tires. Shades above vacuum stations make it nice. read more

I stopped by Super Star Car Wash Express today and the super friendly service surprised me! I don't typically expect friendly service at a car wash and was happily surprised to be greeted by two gentleman with big smiles. Thank you. The vacuums are strong and work well, and are in both sides at each station. There are also clean drying rags at each station. And when you go through the car wash they hand you an interior rag and a scent. I was very impressed! read more

I've usually had good experiances here, but between the whole thing causing a car accident and them not even apologizing or giving me a refund for the wash I had paid for, and just now when this employee came over when I was minding my own business and trying to sell me the unlimited plan for 10 minutes when I just kept saying no...he started even talking about my car and my Apple Watch and how I have money so why am I not spending it on this plan, and he wouldn't let me go through. I could have been through in 30 seconds, but no go ahead waste my time. No is no. This is embarassing and I'm mortified how this place is still in business with employees like this. read more

Does the job. I mean it's a car wash, so that part works just the way it should. Vacuums are solid. The one thing I wish they would work on is their towels. I'm yet to use a dry towel. Every towel I have ever used there is always damp. They look and smell clean, but they may need a new dryer bc the one they're using is not drying the towels. read more

Mike and Kyle are awesome! They helped me with something within seconds that other locations couldn't do in months! Every time I go in line the camera reads the "V" on my license plate as a "U" CONSTANTLY! No one has ever fixed it for me and it can cause me to wait forever sometimes. However, these guys were able to fix it within SECONDS. So, now when I go through no matter how my license plate is read it'll work, thank you both so much for the help!! read more

Super shady business practice. They tricked me into signing up for a monthly plan. I specifically asked if I would be charged a monthly fee and was told "No". 30 days later I now have a $17.95 recurring charge on my credit card that I now have to dispute. Superstar Carwash Power Rd and Pecos. We have two cars there on subscription which we pay $720 a year for plus another vehicle we get washed once a month, so about 900+ a year for car washes. I went there tonight with my daughter so we could run the vehicle/s through and after washing we go to the south side where the vacuum/s and air pressure hoses are to dry them. NO CLEAN TOWELS ARE ANYWHERE on the south or north side, but there are plenty of dirty towels spilling over the tops. I walk over to the office to tell them and the one guy yells out "Hey Justin, there are no clean towels and comes back and hands me like 8 of them. I said they are 6 other cars out there that they need towels also but he doesn't say anything and walks away. We moved both vehicles over to the N/side as none of the air pressure hoses are working on the S/side. When I am done I go back to tell them that the air pressure hoses are out and all three of the workers were on their phones texting sitting in the chairs. I was expecting like oh we are sorry, nope all I got was punk attitude from Justin who said "You do not pay for that anyways, it is free"! It is a bonus that we offer that. I said listen man I pay plenty for this service here so do not tell me it is free. This was a horrible experience and when I told him I am reporting this he was like go ahead. I said you know they are paying you three to work here and to quit acting like a punk towards me and walked away. So needless to say we will be cancelling our service and I will never visit that place again. I see all the reviews about how difficult it is to cancel. I have alerted my credit card company. **UPDATED 10.17.23** I reached out as customer service asked me below for a call back. Will post on whether or not they actually call me as I requested. **UPDATE **10.28.23 I have not heard anything and we have e-mailed them three times. Horrible customer service. All we want to know is since they took payments for one car on 10.2 and the other car on 10.12 I am assuming they will either refund or we are paid through for another month. First time here last night. I normally wash my own vehicles at home but time hasn't been on my side so I decided to go someplace. Super Star was great. The gentlemen and the start was friendly. The truck came out clean. What I liked about this place was the clean towels provided by the vacuums. The area was clean, not always the case at many self service washes. My only complaint was how closely they were putting vehicles in the wash. Since it was my first time I wasn't sure how the dryer part would work. Sometimes at the end only half of your vehicle gets under the blowers before you have to quickly exit or get rear ended. I'll be back fro sure..maybe I'll sell my power washer. Lol read more

I was bummed, because I went yesterday to wash my car, after not seeing any rain in the forecast. I like that they offer towels and automated washes. However, the upsell is getting "timeshare" level uncomfortable. This morning, I was trying to purchase a wash but the attendant held her hand OVER the credit card swiper so I literally could NOT pay until I was done listening to her long sales pitch about the monthly plan. Facility is amazing I get the unlimited monthly plan although I'm rethinking it after my experience today. Today I pulled up and per normal my car wash sticker doesn't work and they have to run their hand over it to get it to work. This doesn't bother me but Ben (I'm assuming a manager) walked up looked super irritated with me and said, quote mind you ( I f you'd look over here at the screen it would explain what it's doing " not smiling just looking irritated but not angry. I explained how it never works but it doesn't bother me he then softened a little and said next time if you have a few minutes we'll put a new one on. Then finally smiled and said " Have a blessed day ". We pull around and he proceeded to keep talking to the guy with him not directing me at all like they normally do so I tried to line up as best as I could and of course knew I wasn't lined up quite right but instead of being helpful and kind I look up to see the same irritated face and him shaking his head and pointing at me like I'm an idiot to the guy with him. I was so flustered and embarrassed I just kept misunderstanding his gesture and then the other guy is talking in my ear, he looked so angry by the time I got it right I was so embarrassed and humiliated leaving. I'm a grown woman I felt so stupid leaving that way but I'm not one to complain and It's just I've never been treated so disrespectfully and made to literally feel like I was a complete moron. I definitely don't want contact from him again so seriously rethinking going here anymore and taking my business elsewhere. read more

Have had frustrating experience with 1) having my car bumped from the car behind me being too close 2) customer service both on location and especially when you call in to cancel 3) being charged after canceling and not even signing up in the first place. Definitely would not recommend after multiple frustrating experiences. read more

Out of all the automatic car washes in the area I feel like this one if is much more thorough than the others and it's about the same price point. I paid for a $12 Everything Wash and the others around here for the same wash options are $10 or so. Plenty of air pressure in the air lines to blow the excess water off my car and out of the nooks and crannies, and complimentary microfiber towels to finish drying. I'm giving 5 stars to make sure this place gets a better rating to help folks know where to go over the others close by. read more
