-BEWARE - I thought to myself earlier today what a great idea to get my car washed . Little did I know what would occur. I purchased the $16 Carnauba hot wax wash. 1. The carnauba wash left multiple little chips all over my windshield. 2. Chipped both of my headlight covers (all over). 3. Pulled little chips (all over) of paint off of the hood of the vehicle. 4. Pulled a dime size of paint off the back of the vehicle. Spent $16 in hopes of having a shiney clean looking vehicle. In reality ill end up spending $516 including an insurance claim. BEWARE!!! I have no idea how I was signed up for the "Membership" and SSCW couldn't prove it to me or my credit card company either. I didn't have a sticker in my windshield and I have no recollection of signing up for it. Since I have my credit card auto pay through my bank and I am constantly away, I was charged for 15 months @ $34.95 (do the math) before I caught the recurring charge. Mind you, I got my car washed there many times during the 15 months PAYING for each one. I would never have signed up for that monthly fee especially since they put one of those stickers on your windshield and you can never get them off (experience on a previous membership cancelled a couple of years prior). I am speculating that either I pressed the wrong icon on that screen interface thinking I was just getting a regular carwash or one of the employees hawking the "membership" did it accidentally. I never got the "membership" sticker in my windshield which confirms my suspicions. I contacted SSCW to absolutely no avail. A brick wall is more responsive. My CC company couldn't resolve it with them either. A very expensive lesson. Watch the screen very carefully when purchasing your car wash or better yet, go to Cobblestone. They have the Magic Carpet anyway. read more

I have 2 major issues with this location and maybe it's the case wish every location. 1- I realize these places are not perfect but come on. I should or have to rewash my car because it's so spotted up with water marks. 2- My spare wheel cover was ripped off and destroyed costing me $150 to replace. I don't know what's going on here the past several weeks but it's become an unpleasant chore for what should be a quick drive through car wash. New license plate readers were installed and more often then not they don't work. I left the sticker on my windshield because I instinctively saw trouble brewing but apparently they no longer work so that was not a bright idea on my part. The trainee tonight though it was great customer service on his part to put his arms up in the air telling me he wouldn't help me rather than to walk the 30 ft and at least tell me he needed to notify the manager on duty. The manager comes out (he told me he was in the bathroom, I don't ever need to know that!!) and of course he was the one that literally sprayed his water hose at my car a couple of weeks ago to get my attention as I was closing my sun roof and finishing a phone call. No one was behind me or any where in sight for the 2 minute delay. I'm NOT rude that way. He was simply being an ass for some reason. This was my primary place to go for a wash but I'll have to look for a new place. The up selling was annoying but I liked the free vacuums. The reason I won't be going back is because they must've added new equipment to the wash which scratched my car up pretty bad. I called and left a vm. No call back. I have been charged for a subscription for 2 months which I NEVER signed up for. I have sent three requests to cancel the subscription and they have not cancelled it. I've tried to call and no has ever answered the phone. The employees that work at the car wash claim they cannot cancel subscriptions. Very unethical business. read more

They have everything you need to get your car nice and clean. They also have different monthly packages to pick from starting at $12 to $30 a month. The packages are all set up for unlimited washes but some just have more perks than others. It's super easy and fast to sign up, and it's set up automatically on the card that you provide. They keep the vacuum area clean and well stocked. There's plenty of vaccines available to where you do not need to wait around for one to be open. They also have an included cleaner for your mats that you can easily put through a machine and cleans them out very nice. Overall i really enjoy coming here to wash my car. read more

I don't normally go to these drive through car washes that often, but I do use them. I like this one because it does a decent job compared to other places that I've used. They have great vacuums, free towels, and plenty of parking spots. Customer service is adequate. The only reason that I give it one star is because I was charged 2 months unlimited service even though I never signed up for it. If I would have know I probably would have kept it. I didn't receive any notice that i even had this service, No email, no telephone call, nothing. I have no choice but to warn others and report them to BBB. I hate doing this but this is not the first time this has happened. I had to cancel my credit card because of this as it was reported as fraud and I had bo other choice. So I absolutely love this car wash. The drive through wash actually does a pretty good job. Plus they have lots of towels available for drying your car. The vacuums work really well. The people who work there are super nice. So one time I was here and I locked my keys in my car! Along with my phone and wallet and everything basically. I had no idea who to call. I've been coming to this car wash for about a year. I've never encountered any type of hostility before and the crew that works here is usually super friendly and accommodating. However, this morning, I went in to get my car washed today and I was informed by Darnell that the 7 dollar wash that I got didn't come with an air freshener. (mind you this is the first time this has ever been brought to my attention) it was no problem I went thru the car wash and decided to accommodate his request by getting another car wash that came with the air freshener. when I went thru again requesting an air freshener he got super defensive and said "I told you the wash you got doesn't come with an air freshener" I had advised to him I got the wash with the air freshener he was extremely disrespectful and telling me I'm holding up his car wash and asked me to proceed without the product I paid for. We always visit this car wash because it's close to home, clean, fast and efficient and they provide free vacuums! When looking for a car wash, it ticks all the boxes. Very inexpensive, but you can get as fancy as you want and you can even purchase plans that provide washes throughout the year. I like this car wash and I recommend it. Kris went out of his way to help me get an issue resolved. He saw how confused I was when I tried to pay for a basic wash and found out I somehow signed up for a membership. I didn't even have to ask. He came over to me and offered to see what he could find out and let me know. When I was done he confirmed that I did in fact have a monthly membership. ‍. I asked if I could just cancel it online when I got home, but again Kris went above and beyond and said he would cancel it for me and I could watch him delete my account! Today was my first time to Super Star Express Car Wash ... I typically just get car washes @ Sam's Club for $6, but it was closed today for some unknown reason, so I tried out this newer spot... I ran into a little difficulty with the automated terminal where you select your wash and pay ... An attendant had to come out and apparently you only slide your credit card payment in and out of the slot quickly or else it doesn't work (a little sign notifying me of a quick swipe would of helped me save time here). Since, the computer screen's message to please wait never tells you when to take your card out of the reader.... The wash itself was very smooth. I paid for the $10 wash, and I'm not really sure what separates it from the cheaper washes to be honest? If I ever come again I'll probably just do the cheaper wash... I did like the fact that they give you an air freshener and a wet wipe to cleanse the interior of your car as you go through the wash. I also really liked that they offer free self-serve vacuuming and drying towels if you wish to take advantage of this complimentary usage after you get your car washed. Overall, I think this is a very well run car wash, so it earns a solid 4 start review - it's clean, modern, innovative, seems to be reasonably priced, the staff is helpful when needed, and the wash itself looks great + love the complimentary vacuums!! Just drove in for the weekend from So. Cal. I regretted not washing the car before the drive, just because it needed a good vacuuming and cleaning already. I am SO glad I found this place. The wash is thorough (sometimes I want to go through those twice) and the vacuums are strong! The two employees (teen girl at the pay booth, super friendly and polite; teen boy in "tunnel" smiley). Great job training these young people managers! You have a very nice business culture here (and honestly no one washing their car would even expect it, but it matters)! Once again, I went straight from the dryer to the covered area and the car was spotting already. Whatever the premium wash uses, the rinse is insufficient. Top that off with a a detail bay that had vacuum lines that were clogged and only one air hose. Not worth the $13. read more

I've been going to this location since they opened to wash my cars. Finally a year ago I decided to buy into there monthly membership. This past Wednesday 5/3/2023, I passed by at night to wash my car on my way back from work. After it came out through the washing machine, my car had swivel fine scratches all over. I have a black 2022 model year car. I filed a complaint at the location that night. Haven't heard back. I called today and was put on hold with customer service. I could tell, everytime I get transferred to customer service rep I would be out on hold again. Kept waiting for a turn, no luck until I got disconnected. Then they raise the price to $5 and leave the BIG 3 up on their sign and add "minutes", what a joke, then they don't let you out and you have to backup into traffic. First time here turned into horrible experience. I have a brand new 2020 dodge challenger that i have only had 1 month now took for the first car wash thru super star car wash on warner and priest after purchasing a monthly wash subscription for $16.95 to only have my passenger side mirror scratched about car damaged 2 inches to the metal. I noticed this immediately and spoke with the manager Tasi who rudely told me his machine is incapable of doing something like that as the customer behind me in the car wash is approaching to also show him damage the wash caused on his passenger front hood near side mirror as well. After reading reviews clearly you can see their car wash is damaging vehicles. I just want my car fixed and the company to be held responsible for repairs. read more
