THEY ARE INCREDIBLY PUSHY trying to get you to buy a membership. I don't live nearby, but occasionally come get my car washed here when I'm the area. I saw they weren't busy so stopped in on a Sunday afternoon for a quick wash. The check in girl, Evelyn, WOULD NOT take my friendly "No thank you," for an answer when asking repeatedly for me to buy a membership. I was polite the first 4 times, and then said quite firmly, NO THANK YOU, just a single wash. She then replied flatly, "give me a minute" turned and walked inside the office, leaving me in the line for 5 minutes. I was sure this was a passive aggressive punitive move, so backed my car out of the line and left. She walked out the office and saw me, and subtly threw her arms up at me, which I took to be "whatever." I will not be back. read more

In the 1 year I had a membership here my car got hit while inside the wash twice. The last time the car in front of me backed into my vehicle when the wash broke down and stopped (something that happens often here) None of the attendants check to see if people actually keep their car in neutral. I've had to honk to get their attention because I saw reverse lights go on in front of me. The first accident could have been a fluke but a second on is negligence. Both times I got hit, Alex took a report and said someone would contact me regarding damage and no one did. *Update: While the company claims no one named Alex works there, he definitely did when I got into my last accident there which was last year. Quick Quack Car Wash surprised the High Dessert at the beginning of the year and to be honest it was very popular, I never stopped by to avoid the crowd, until a couple months back. Let me just say the customer service it's great! Employees are always neat and super professional, kudos to the supervisor. As for the car wash, for most part it's clean and maintained, they need to pay attention to the floor though, there has been more than one time where there is trash on the floor. It gets busy, lines are big but employees get it done quick. Don't forget to ask for yellow towels to clean your car and also return it to the designated area! read more

Every employee at this location is very friendly and helpful & I get the best results from this specific Quick Quack Car Wash. I've used a couple other Quick Quack locations. My expectations of a drive through wash are realistic, I wasn't expecting a detail by any means. The cheapest wash which is the one we purchased is 9.99. Seemed a bit steep. To add insult, the hood of the car was still entirely filthy after the wash, like nothing had touched it at all. I took two pics for reference, one is after I lazily wiped down the hood myself. The vacuum stalls were all occupied except the one with a broken hose. Two stars for the staff which were friendly and checking people in. Otherwise, go to any of the other thousand washes in the area. read more

The wash is okay. Staff is nice. The tunnel itself has like a dirty smell/ the water that stays at the bottom smells like it doesn't circulate and builds up a nasty aroma. Even though you can smell the soap it just has a terrible smell. Good value. read more

Re: Quick Quack Car Wash on Bear Valley Rd., Aldi adjacent, they charged my credit card for the next month when I told them I didn't want their services for the next months. On February 8th, I spoke to the attendant, and he said he would cancel the upcoming month charges and reasurred me it was taken care of, and I was all set. They charged my credit card anyway, and when I called to ask them to refund my $21.99, I was then told I had to go to the car wash itself to cancel. When I got to the car wash, they told me I had to call 888 772 2792. That was the number I called the first time. I got the run around. Finally, I spoke to someone at that number, and they eventually said they would refund my money, but it would take about 10 days. Do Not use this car wash they lie about the monthly membership and when I got my car washed on the 8th of February and the attendant reasurred me at that time that I wouldn't be charged for the next month that he canceled it for me. He lied, fraudulently, Quick Quack, charged me $21.99 after I told them not to. Find a different car wash or pay in cash because they will automatically charge you for the next month. To add insult to injury, the wash isn't that great. Just be warned before you pay with your credit or debit card! I would not have given one star, but I have to, so I can post this. Also, I am a senior woman, and the treatment I received was abusive. Corporate will be trying to turn this incident into making me the villain and them the victim. Quick Quack has no morals. I tried to avoid all this by letting them know in advance I was canceling for the coming months and was lied to by the attendant. Perhaps Quick Quack should be up front and clear with their employees as to what exactly the rules are and not deceive it's customers. The man taking payment was kind and helpful. I paid $21.99 for my wash, I don't feel like it did that great of a job. I still have stains on my windshield and front of the car. Also, I wish the drive through would keep your car in the dry section longer because it's never enough time to dry off the whole car. I am glad they have self vacuuming included. Keeping customers is easier than turning them away, but unfortunately management saw it the opposite way after I reported damage to my front license plate twice now (along with a 2x problem with their washer missing several spots). I had been offered a re-wash by one of their associates a few months back, but he didn't have physical vouchers on him. I returned today and the manager did not believe me and made me pay for yet another wash (even though I was promised a free re-wash). Competing automated car wash spots will give you a re-wash voucher for a chance to make up for their missed spots (and has never damaged my car), whereas here, management searched for ways to justify their machine damaging my front license plate, and only offering an immediate re-wash (as the line was piling up). Not one time did they apologize (I don't expect a perfect car wash, either, but a somewhat acceptable one). Customers have places to be, and trust that their car will be washed (somewhat) right the first time. For the 2nd time, I didn't have time to wait in yet another big line, so I asked for a voucher again. And I was denied again. Maybe this establishment should search for better ways to train their management in customer retention. That what will keep this wash going strong for years. I won't be returning, sadly. I didn't get the manager's name, but she wore an elbow covering, and walks with a slight limp, respectfully. read more

I tried this place out for the first time and I was very disappointed. I got the $22 wash and I wasn't at all impressed. I've gotten a better car wash at the gas station washes. My windshield was still filthy and the back window and all my wheels had soap residue all over them. For $22 I was expecting so much more. Unfortunately I had to come home and wash it myself. 2 stars because the attendant was friendly. The workers rush you in behind the car in front of you and when you try to wait to give some space they act annoyed. so many fender benders happen inside this car wash and the vacuums barely have suction half the time. really considering cancelling my membership and save myself $36 a month read more

I've been a ceramic duck customer with 2 vehicles since the day you guys opened this location , I honestly go about twice a month for each car , and I never missed a payment of 56 dollars since I've been with you guys! Your new employee with the red braids today how ever refused to provide me with an extra complimentary dash wipe (I had a spill) so I took the 2 she gave me and didn't say anything else , once I got the wash and proceeded to the vacuum area I was in serious need of another wipe and since my windows still had smudges of dirt I went for a 2nd rinse and when I asked her for a wipe she said you already got one from the first wash we can't give you more with an attitude, mind you I was going for another wash so I asked her why? she said it's 2 wipes per wash, so then I let her know that I was actually getting another wash, and she still refused to give me even the one that comes with the wash, I let her know that I pay a lot of money and I honestly didn't appreciate the smart back talk over me simply asking for an extra wipe , she was very rude , unwelcoming , and very unprofessional, yelling at me once I proceed to get into the part where you place your vehicle on neutral. I'm sorry but this car wash is not good at all. When they first opened I went with a coupon for a free wash to check it out. That's your basic standard wash. After the wash I went to the vacuum section and gave my car a once over. It was still dirty. I let it go. I came back today hoping the outcome would be different. Standard wash again, it was not. Still dirty on all sides of my car. My car wasn't filthy to begin with. Standard washes are supposed to clean your car no matter the price! Idk if their water pressure is just super low, or if it's designed to be that way in an attempt to persuade customers to buy unlimited packages worth more money, but it's really disappointing and I will not be coming back. Sure it's $8 to wash, but that's $5 + tip at another car wash that I could've gone to that would've actually cleaned my car. read more

The dryer at the Quick Quack car wash ripped off my weatherstripping on both sides of my Land Cruiser. That was Feb 3rd. After emailing and calling several different times for more than a month, they told me there was nothing they could do. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The only reason the store manager called me back today was because I contacted the corporate office yesterday for the 3rd time! They do not cover damage if the car is more than 5 years old.
