I've been going to this nail salon for almost a year now. There are only about 5 staff members and I've had nails done by everyone except the owner. All of them are great at what they do. I usually just get a gel pedicure but I've I got a manicure without polish and the gentleman who works there buffed my nails so smooth and shiny that my nails were shiny for almost two weeks. That was incredible and very impressive! I highly recommend this salon. The only hesitation in posting this glowing review is that it might increase customer base making it harder for me to get an appointment! :) I always make an appointment since they're thinly staffed. This is one of the best places in Naples. Kim the owner is an amazing "artist" I consider a person who us very meticulously and dedicated to her work , and who creates beauty an "artist" because she is. There are several in this nail salon. If you want a design on your nails don't waste your time coming here. They don't know how to do designs and have limited colors like no regular silvers. Left nail polish around my fingers. I have been coming to Super Star nails since I was 15 and have continued getting my nails here when I would come home from college, and every time I come back home to visit. I love the people who work there. There are always SOO friendly and always know how to help you out when it comes to design and color! I've been taking my daughters and myself to super star nails for many years. We have always had a wonderful time there and great memories with the girls. they've always done a great job with our nails and pedicures. Everyone there is always polite and helpful. I'm amazed what the new owner Kim has done for the Covid and the for the safety of everyone. Installing UV Germ killing / sterilizing systems in their AC unit. Totally redoing the shop and cleaning it before reopening. Spacing out the tables nice and all the sneeze guards and their new germ / sterilizing machine. HORRIBLE!! Came in and took several minutes to be greeted. I wanted a gel pedicure, so I asked the lady where to find the colors. Was simply told "Book" and she pointed. I looked through the dirty books and found a color. A Hispanic lady began to do the treatment on my feet. She asked what color I wanted so I told her the number. She came back without the color and said I cant do gel, someone will come back and do yours. It was very strange, her excuse was that she wasn't certified. I waited about 15-20 minutes when a man came and asked what number. I told him, and he quickly came back and said they didn't have it. I was forced to pick a color from only 1 of the 5 books they had. He sits down and starts doing my toes. They looked okay until he went to put on the last clear coat and used regular polish not gel. To top everything off I was overcharged. Will not be back. read more

I asked for long, coffin shaped nails.... but instead I got my cuticles cut, was overcharged, and my nails ended up being 1/2 an inch. My nails are completely uneven as well, it's not okay when my pinky nail is longer than my thumb! This is unacceptable and not what I expect from an establishment of this stature. read more

This is my go to nail spot! My nail shape is always beautiful when I get my acrylic nails done. They also ask along the way if you like the nails so you can tell them exactly what you'd like (like length and shape)! The staff is very friendly and nice! I won't be coming back here, And you shouldn't either! I came here to get my toes done as well as my daughter's nails. It should have been $51.00 for my toes & $8.00 for my daughter's nails (she's 5) + a 9$ tip. Should've been no more than 68$ which is what my receipt said. Very poor gel manicure. So bad I will have it redone today elsewhere, one day after. Technician seemed to speak and understand very little English. Trying to communicate with him was very frustrating, almost impossible. Wanted oval French nails, came in with long healthy nails which the technician cut to stubs. Wanted classic white tips with slightly pink base, got tiny lines of white at tips and clear base. Gel polish has junk in it, nails are not smooth, in just 4 hours of very low activity two of the tiny white tips chipped. read more

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU GO HERE! I was really hesitant on rating this place because I know a few of the staff and they are good nice people. The main problems that I have hear is 1. The waxing. They waxed off my eyebrows so bad that my brows were only an inch long. 2. Gel nails. They make the nails fat and ugly. I had the manager do my nails 3 times he would either cut my gel nails super short or leave them and make them super ugly by making them fat at the end. 3. Nail beds. By the time I left my nail beds were ALWAYS bleeding and I had more hang nails then when I first came! I got my nails done a lot here and finally found a place a lot better. Funny thing is I went here for probably 2-3 years and only one person remembered me everyone else ignored me. Nope. Never again. They take walk-ins but do not honor appointment times. Went two weeks ago with my daughter for pedicures, was very stressful. A woman had finished a pedicure and was supposed to get a manicure too. She had appt. But because they took walk-ins without considering their appointments, they couldn't accommodate her manicure. She was very upset. Words were exchanged. I witnessed Terrible customer service, they seemed unapologetic and rude toward this woman. My daughter and I did not have a relaxing time. Two weeks later decided to give it another try. I Had made two 1:00 appointments for manicures. They were only able to accommodate one of us when we arrived for our appointments. I was already completely done with my manicure when they finally started on the other person I was with. Ridiculous! As I was getting my manicure done, I politely inquired how much longer my friend would have to wait for, because I knew I was almost done and they hadn't even started on her. The employee was rude and harsh in her response to me, I felt berated for asking a question. This is the same woman who I witnessed being rude two weeks ago to another customer. Unfortunately since they do not honor appointment times, I had to wait around an additional 40 minutes for my friend to get her manicure! Also, as I was getting my nails done, several other people waiting seemed to get fed up and walked out. Not impressed with the experience. Terrible customer service. read more

I vas visiting Naples and needed a fill due to it being incorrectly done in Arizona 2 weeks ago. I found Superstar Nails because it was close to another stop I had to make. What luck!!! I made a 9:00 appt (they open at 9 am) last night and got there at 8:50 this morning. They were open and welcomed me by name. The salon was lovely, clean and comfortable. Although English is not the Staff's original language there was absolutely no difficulty in communication with anyone. Everyone was friendly and polite. John, my technician, was friendly and fun to talk to. I received an excellent fill and no chip polish. While it is always iffy to go to an unknown salon I highly recommend this salon to everyone read more

He did a wonderful job reg one $32 but I asked $47 one offered. Massaged my legs with wonderful products and hot towels. But his conversation was high light. What a man that walks with our Lord Jesus Christ. I went to a church service while having my toes done. I encourage all you ladies to ask for him. He will lighten your hearts.
