I've been going here for awhile & have usually been happy. But I won't go again because of what happened at my last appointment. I had an acrylic fill the other day and the tech cut my nail so badly while filing. I would have excused it because accidents happen, but the tech didn't apologize and actually blamed ME! I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. I called ahead to make an appointment, and when I arrived, the nail technician was incredibly rude from the start. I had dip nails (on my natural nails, no tips) that I wanted removed, and when I mentioned that one of my natural nails was broken and asked if she could fix it, she told me she didn't know how. I was shocked--this is supposed to be a nail professional. When I politely questioned her about it, she became argumentative and dismissive. The entire interaction was uncomfortable, and none of the other staff members stepped in or said a word. I ultimately walked out without getting anything done. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for even the most basic level of professionalism or customer service. read more

Had to go to the location to make an appt as they did not answer the phone. Showed up on time, no greeting. In the chair, the nail tech seemed angry, so I asked him if he was OK. He yelled at me and said he wouldn't do my nails. I waited for the tech next to him to finish, when he asked me how I wanted my nail done and I told him, he started yelling at me too and called me difficult. Okay so I love my nails. I don't know the name of the lady who did my nails, but they look amazing! They took me last minute so grateful for that! So why not 5 stars? I won't need my cuticles cleaned for a WHILE. She did such an amazing job on the way they look, I hate to complain, but my toe hurts so bad that I can't wear shoes. It throbs sometimes. She took so much of my cuticle off of all my nails that you can see the missing pieces of my skin. read more

However, i was just told the story from my mom about how they treated her and told her that my grandma is too old to be going here and isn't right in the head ??? I just recently moved back to Naples from the East Coast. I decided to go check check out this place TK Nails I was serviced by Kim . I never put any reviews online. I just had to do this one today. My experience with her was the worst, she mentioned that she is ready for retirement (hint) my nails were not filed I had that glue under my nails, she didn't file. I told her I like my nails natural , they were so thick the sides were not filled . She needs to retire. The price was outrageous, i don't mind paying for good service. read more

Unfortunately, I ran into a major delay on Alligator Alley so had to change agian. They have refused to give me another appointment. They said to come in and maybe they would have an opeining. Hi waited 5 months to write a review. Kevin is not a nice person and does not treat people with respect. I had been going to this salon for a year, he did a great job, not personable but that did not matter until my last experience. I was on the phone with a friend telling me grave news and he instructed me not to move my nails. ( which I was not and if I did, they were my nails). I acknowledged him and said ok. When he took my had out of the ultraviolet he started to mumble then started to reprimand me, then he took my hand and pushed it down then stood up and came around the table to yell at me about a mark on my pinky, And I swear, I did not see a mark. I finished up, was humiliated, tipped him and never went back. I totally agree with other reviewers, they never knew my name the entire time. read more

I love this nail salon. I've been going for a few months now and i'm always happy with my experience. The nail techs are always super sweet and do amazing work. I've never had a bad time while getting my nails done, or with the outcome of my nails. The atmosphere of the salon is welcoming and the interior is beautiful. When you walk in, they ask if you have an appointment or what you need done, then they ask you to wash your hands and have a seat. If you make an appointment, they'll get you started usually within the first 5 minutes. Overall, I always have a great time here and happy with my results. Definitely recommend. read more

Liars I pulled up at this salon at 6:00 , walked in and asked for a pedicure. The man proceeds to tell me they do not have enough time to do that. I asked what time they closed and he said , " 7 but we have appointments coming." I couldn't believe it! I never like to write a bad review, but I think this will hopefully be very helpful to the owners, Tracey and Kevin. I moved here in July, and my two daughters and I have been coming to TK Nails since arriving. I have to say, we never are greeted in a friendly, warm manner. You walk in and Kevin says"do you have an appt, wash your hands.". You would think by now, he would know our names. Vivianne usually always does our services, and she is very sweet and does an amazing job. We give them a lot of business I must say. Gel manicures, dip nails, gel pedicures, eyebrows. I was VERY hurt the other day when I came in because my toe had chipped. I had just been there the day before and Tracey, the owner , did my nails and toes. Needless to say, I walked in and Kevin asked what I needed. When I told him my toe chipped, he asked me if I had gotten my pedicure there. REALLY! You still don't know who we are??? Then a nice lady fixed my toe in a pedicure chair. After she was finished, I waited a bit because I was finishing up a text. Tracey, the owner was watching me, as was her client at the time, as to say, "time to go." I need that chair now. I got up and actually said, "don't worry! I'm leaving! ". I have been coming here because it's close to my house. They do an OK job for the price and the owners are nice but often booked so I don't get them too often. I was in there today with my mother. I wanted to treat her to a pedicure. We got in and out and we tipped over 20%. Well, my sweet, older mom bumped her newly painted toes when she left and she went right back to get a touch up. I can't believe how rude they were to her. She does not want to ever go back there. It breaks my heart that they made her feel so bad about an accident that can be easily fixed. I frequented this place often but I will take my business and my company elsewhere when we look to get our nails or feet done. The first time I went to this nail salon, it was a good experience. I just went for my second time and I'm leaving disappointed. I wanted two gel coats and then a shimmery dip powder over it. I knew the exact colors I wanted. I asked her at the beginning if she had OPI funny bunny in gel and OPI tin man can powder. She said yes. I went to show her a video of what exactly I wanted and she cut me off and wouldn't let me show her the video. She said "I know". So I trusted she had done/seen this viral tik tok manicure before (the Hailey Bieber glazed look). It got toward the end of the manicure and I asked her if she was going to put the shimmery powder on top. She acted like she had no clue what I was talking about. I said "this is why I wanted to show you the video". So she let me show her. Then she just said "no" so I asked "you don't have that powder?" She said no again. I had an appointment for 5 PM For an acrylic fill with Kevin (owner). When I called to make the appointment I did mention getting a pedicure, but I thought he forgot as he said I can do your fill at 5 PM. I arrived at 4:30 asking if they could squeeze in a pedicure first. They said sure no problem. As I was in the chair getting my pedicure Tracy (co owner) came up to me and said do you want the girl that is doing your toes to do your nails since you're here for a pedicure? otherwise you'll have to wait for Kevin . I said no, I have an appointment with Kevin at 5 PM. I could see he did take someone else during my pedicure but assumed I'd only have to wait 10 minutes or so. At 5:40 PM I still had not been taken. I mentioned to Tracy that I would just pay for the pedicure and leave, as I had had a 5 o'clock appointment with Kevin. At that point Kevin starts yelling at me irately telling me my appointment with him was for 6 PM. I said I have a confirmation on my phone that says 5 PM. He starts screaming at me in front of everyone telling me I was wrong that the appointment with him was at 6 PM and the pedicure appointment was at 5 PM. I told him it must have been a misunderstanding, as I was in shock at the way he was treating me, and do not like confrontation. I have never written a bad review about any place, but after waking up this morning and still feeling really upset about it I decided to. Even if it was a misunderstanding he should have handled this professionally and said I'm so sorry that there's a misunderstanding, if you would like to wait or we can reschedule you for another day instead of belittling me in front of the whole salon. I paid for my pedicure and left a tip for the very sweet nail tech that did it. I will never step foot in that nail salon again read more

My nail tech was so rough with my nails and after pulling away multiple times due to her burning me or cutting me from the nail file, she continued to do so and honestly giggled a little as if it was funny. If I could give this no stars I would. I have gone to this nail salon for 2 years and the person, Vivian who has done my nails did not return yet due to the virus. I asked who is comparable and they recommended Mimi. I showed up to my appt. With pictures, so there isn't any miscommunication. I'm old school and love the wide square nails. Mimi had no idea what she was doing and my nails looked like I just went to a beauty school to have a student do my nails. I voiced my concern to Tracey- the owner and she never apologized but offered to soak off my nails & give me 100% of my money back (another 45 minutes of my time) or 50% of my money back if I didn't want to soak my nails off. Her attitude was as if I should be grateful that she was even offering me an option to get my money back. And kea the woman who did it did an amazing job. I would give my experience at TK Nails no stars. I had my nails done and they looked so bad I had to have them redone. When I called Tracy at Tk Nails she said they would redo the nails, but I was on my way to a wedding and had to have them redone before the wedding. Tracy said when you return to Naples we will do your nails for free, but when I called to schedule an appointment for the free nails she said she could not do them for free, but for a discount.
