I had a really frustrating experience. The first washing machine broke halfway through the cycle, and I ended up being charged again when I had to switch to another one. I asked the woman working there for help, but she refused to do anything. I also tried calling the emergency number listed, but no one answered. In the end, I had to pay twice just to wash one load of laundry. The staff was rude, and honestly, it felt like the business doesn't care at all. If this is how they treat customers, maybe they shouldn't be in business at all. Due to the unfairness of the situation, I wouldn't recommend get treated the same. I won't return read more

NOT A COIN LAUNDROMAT!!! You have to pay $2 to buy a prepaid card for the machines. The machines here are slow, the timer on the machines jump from a few minutes (almost being done) back up to almost an hour. One of the machines was out service with NO SIGN, and when I went to ask for my money back because it charged me, the woman said there was nothing they can do because "the machine wasn't supposed to charge me." Even though it did. Some machines give you the option of different types of wash, but when you try to press an option other than the preselected one, it does not let you. Basically you can find a better spot if you drive another 5 minutes. read more

This place has a lot of broken machines . Only 2 of the really big machines which is a bummer because they are always in use . The place is clean . The machine to load money on your card is always acting funky . It took my dollar today when I was trying to get. New card. I hate that the tvs are always playing Spanish shows they have 2 other tvs but the volume is always off . So English speaking customers are forced to listen to Spanish tv . Change machine is broken so u have to go next door to smoke shop to get change . I don't think I will be coming back here again . read more

Update: I closely watched all my clothes being washed and paid attention to how it's washed. I tried the 2 load and the 4 load. It doesn't wash the clothes good enough. I looked at my clothes and could still smear off dirt. Very disappointed. Why is it so hard to find a good laundry mat. Ugh $2 for a new card! Wow. Even at the fancy Coast Laundry they only charge $1 and they use the same system. Tried the card and it did say, this laundry mat doesn't recognize this card here. It has newer machines compared to the ones in the area. Definitely don't go to Laundromat by Superior. The dryers tore up my expensive shirts and the manager never called back after leaving him multiple messages This place is decent. They only have big machines. I was hoping they had regular one load machines for my whites. $2.95 for the two loads. Expensive for me since I wash my towels and whites, dark colors and light colors. If you use the LG machines, make sure you put enough soap. It was full so I put two full cups of liquid detergent and I didn't see a single sud. It's still in there so we'll see. I'm tempted to wash it again. Majority of the machines are broken so come when it's not "rush hour", meaning during the week Dryer is $0.35 for 14 mins. They have 40 dryers. All the same. Not Super Dryer which I never use anyways when other places have it. 2 washer load starts at. $2.95. Don't know how much extra if you select "Add super wash" or change the water temperature. Most laundry mats do so I'm sure they do as well. There are 20. 4 broken in one row and 5 on the other side. These are LG machines. They don't seem to be able to handle heavy duty laundry mats. I've seen them in other places too. Don't put too much soap because once I had to scoop out the suds and rinse it again. 4 washer loads start at $4.99 and if you select extra wash it's $5.24, extra rinse $5.24, delicate cycle $5.49. 8 washer loads start at $8.75. I'm sitting in the lot as I type this and from the looks of Yelp; it suppose to be open at 0600 hours. Its not! Smh! Last time I was here I had a card I had bought months ago and I had about $12 on it! It didn't work and they replaced the card but not the money! They said someone would call and reimburse me but that never happened. So because if those two things; I had to complain. Otherwise; the workers in here are usually courteous. I usually drop by this spot because my Father lives close by and I often do laundry for him. He is probably wondering where am I! Thanks for the hood up. I've been to this place for a almost 4 months every other week, I met 3 ladies attendant here the old lady were very helpful, while the Filipino lady always makes everybody feels good, both of them are happy to help their customer. But the other lady looks grumpy not smiling at all.... Overall love to come back for cleanliness of this place. read more

For the most part, the facility is very clean. It gets kind of rowdy on the outside during the weekday afternoon as it is next to a high school and you have a ton of kids cramming the parking lot after school. The Wash Spot is located in a small strip mall that contains a convenience store and a Little Caesars Pizza Joint. The parking is dirty, but the facility itself is very clean, however. The staff is "wishywashy". There is one worker who is very rude and followed me around telling me to not put too much clothes, "Ma'am", too much soap, Ma'am", too much bleach, "Ma'am. I finally asked her if she had a problem with me because there are plenty of other people in the facility that need help. She said, "No, Ma'm". Walked away and then came back to tell me that my machine had stopped. However, I have been there at various times and the other staff that I have had to interact with were very polite, helpful, and accommodating. Just a little pricey though. read more

I came here the first time and was turned off by the fact that you have to pay $1 to purchase a card to buy time on to wash clothes. Unfortunately I came in Uber and I had 5 loads of clothes so I had no choice but stay. They don't have single load machines so I had to use doubles. Also, the machines, not the washers, dryers, nor the ones to purchase the card or to put time on the card, didn't take change and I had quarters. So, I had to go next door and get $1 bills. I couldn't get anything larger than that because the machine that gave change for $5-10-20 bills was out of order. The attendant was rude about having to show me how to use the system, then proceeded to sit in a chair and relax as opposed to doing what obviously hasn't been done the night before - clean. So, that's the beginning of my experience and it only gets worse. I get there at 6am when they're supposed to be open and... Guess... they're not! She shows up at 6:18am. May not sound like much to you, but you stand in front of a business in the dark (yes, it was still dark) and all the stores in the immediate vicinity were closed so there were no lights and I'm by myself with two large bags of laundry. So the attendant finally shows up. I was loading clothes in the washer and she turns on TV's on opposite walls and they're blasting. I kept saying excuse me but she continuously ignored me and watched TV. I had to step in front of her to get her attention and asked her to turn it down. She continued to ignore my request. I finally got rude and told her that I couldn't take it and she turned it down. I took my clothes out of the dryer and while I was folding started finding hair on them. I thought it was mine until I found a light brown straight hair...a lot of them. Ugh! read more

Cool wash house however I don't like the fact that the lady follows you around to make sure you're putting in the right amount of detergent the 2pounds or less of dirty laundry closing the doors a certain way blah blah. We love washing here its clean the manger is cool the atmosphere is wonderful the water smells fresh and the dryers and washers are very clean and if you have any problems with your card lost or stolen they will go through whatever needs are necessary to get your money or your card back if you register it. read more

The nicest laundromat I have been to. The attendant that works there is very friendly and helpful. The inside is very neat and tidy. This place does not take coins, only reloadable cardss (be sure to register the card so you get your dollar back for purchasing the card). The cards are purchased from a machine that takes both cash and card. They only have washers that hold 2 or more loads, so no single load washers if that's what you're looking for. The smallest load washers (2 loads) are LG HE washers that are easy to use (cost is 2.75). They have washes that take up to 8 loads (you could wash anadult in there). They have two walls full of dryers, each wall with two rows of dryers (first 12 minutes of drying is free for new customers!). Seating is limited since it just opened, so be prepared to stand or sit in your car. Overall, I recommend coming here if you're looking for a squeaky clean area to attend to those dirty clothes of yours. read more
