Pickup was Wednesday and delivery was Friday exactly as promised. They were easy to communicate with, professional, and careful with the rug. When I questioned him about the $5 increase, he said he was actually going to charge me $40 but took money off b/c there was a mixup on getting back to me about when the jeans were done. He said he was going to charge more b/c the seamstress matched the color of the thread on the hem to the stitching already on the jeans. I thought a seamstress would have basic colors available for their work. This wasn't an unusual color of thread. The actual job done was fine but I wasn't pleased with the hiked price and having to keep calling to see when my jeans would be done. I won't be going back.

Well guess what, I have nothing but $15 charges from Hilltop! Every load of laundry, every time I use a dryer, they charged me $15! And the phone number listed on Yelp is disconnected. I'm going to have to pursue legal action against them.
