Don't buy from this store...very unprofessional people works there. I went to buy a birthday wig, I spoke with this African lady in the back of the store. I showed her the wig I that I wanted ... She went into this other back room we're the wigs were stored. She told me that she will bring it up to the front counter. I made my purchase. But when I got home it was not the same wig that was on the manikin head.So brought it back to exchange for the one that I want it. And all I got was a hard time saying that I can not exchange. , when clearly on the receipt says, they don't do refunds, but you can exchange or get a store credit. they send the manager an Asian woman. Which She proceeded to talk down to me all in my personal space says she don't care it's a final sale..Back women hear me clearly ,"we need to spend our money with those who treat us with respect. we are the ones that keep their business open. read more

They have this young girl working at the front counter. She looks like a teenager and is rude AF. I had to stand and wait for someone for almost 10 minutes to even come help me at the back counter after asking her TWICE. Then, they didn't even have the hair I needed because of their lack of selection. Don't waste your time! read more

I was very impressed, this will be my go to for hair and beauty needs for sure moving forward. Miss Cheryl was a delight and very helpful with wigs. She cares about what she does, and about customers. I felt welcomed by every employee, especially the employees in the wigs department of the store. Conveniently located next to Wal-Mart, I needed some hair oil. In my curiosity, I came in because an employee at Wal-Mart had a cute little wig on. It's Atlanta. Wigs are big business in Atlanta for good reason. Atlanta is about glam and fashion. I had a good chat session with Ms. Cheryl in the wig area. She knows her wigs and knows hair being in the industry. She gives those seeking a wig the total low down on what to do in the care and maintenance of a wig as well as what not to do. Ms. Cheryl has been in the industry for over 20 years and is just a wealth of knowledge if you are willing to listen and take heed. If you come in there with a think you know all attitude you may find yourself missing out on some good information. Remember she has a direct connection to the wig vendors and account representatives and sometimes there are industry secrets that you may not be privy to that can help you get the best performance out of your wig. The store is organized in such a way that checking out can be a bit congested, but have patience and you will get checked out pretty quickly. They also had some cute hair bonnets that I have not seen in my local hometown so grabbed one and a couple of non-famously known slaps in colors that I have not seen that match more closely to my regular casual outfits like the heather grey of leggings or sweatpants and a deep navy. read more

I really enjoy this beauty supply store. They have every I need! They have a full selection of natural hair products to fit any budget. All products are nicely organizing and easy to access. The section for natural hair products is very large. They have every single line of products that i know about and i know A LOT of product lines so well. In addition, they have a great selection of soaps and oils that I need. I love Shea butter and African black soap, but can rarely find it in store. Well, they have all of that here! I would not recommend. My daughter was given a store credit and when she went to use it, it was denied. She was told that she'd have to come back on August 23rd to speak to a manager about honoring the credit because he was on vacation. When I called to inquire about speaking to someone else that may be able to resolve the issue, the person told me there was no one else and that I was calling a business line and she could not talk to me. Don't waste your money or time unless you know exactly what you want. Walk in, go straight to it, pay and leave. Employees are absolutely NO help. No greeting, can I help you or f#ck you have a nice day. If you value good customer service, go down to Petsmart and interact with the animals. Youll at least get acknowledged. read more

Bad %^*+]*! Business... i called to see what time they close.. Was told 8 o'clock as posted... get up to the door and owner is rude AF and refuses my business . I explain that I called already and it was exactly 7:52p.. I could have grabbed what I needed and paid cash and back in my car by 8p... PISSED! Take your $$ elsewhere. read more

My children went in this store 10 minutes before closing to get some hair products. At 8 pm with roughly 15 people inside the store they turn off the lights. I understand if they had locked the doors so others can't come in, but how do you turn the lights off when you still have customers shopping. Very tacky and unprofessional. Do not support a business that has no respect for your dollar. read more

Rude workers don't waste your money. They close at 8 but there was a lady hanging on/ blocking the door at 6:45 saying they were closed.....

This is a mega store of hair products. I like getting the big blocks of black soap and cocoa butter. You will find all your hair, nail, makeup and wig needs here. They have clothing and costume jewelry as well. Customer service as far as the owners, 3... Staff 6, organized & items easy to find 9, parking 10! read more

If I could give this place a zero, I would. Work here if you don't like interacting with coworkers and customers. Shop here if you like to be followed around the store and told you are stealing. They micromanage here to the MAX. The owner watches his workers on cameras they have set up EVERYWHERE in the store. The "manager" (tbh I couldn't tell you who the real manager was because every time I was told to do someone by one woman I was told by the next not to listen to the other woman) but the woman who "hired" me would just gossip and talk rude about almost EVERY customer. Believe me if you walk in this store with a question you most likely will be clowned. Now I literally worked my butt off here. 10 hour shifts 30 minute breaks and a mean, rude, gossiping owner. They are VERY unprofessional here. I got fired and how did I found out? A coworker told me I wasn't on the schedule and then the "manager" told HER why I got fired. I didn't get a call, a letter, NOTHING to let ME know I was fired. Why I was fired? Because I am from up North and had to call out because my grandmother is SICK. They legit just want you to slave, disrespect customers and leave and come back and do it all over again. Now I really liked majority of the girls that worked there it's sucks that the place is so unprofessional and the "manager" is arrogant and the owner won't even talk to you but he definitely is talking ABOUT you believe me. Don't work here don't shop here ‍ There are better and more respectable beauty supply's around. And they acted like I NEEDED THEM. NO! Everybody was very nice via phone when I was looking for this product sensational Tatiana I traveled very long way to get this way because no one locally was selling this product I looked online to how to care for this dipped in hot water this product was done wasted about $40 after watching the video to curled place it in hot water completely melted the wig... read more
