They also charged me an additional 50 dollars for the density of my hair. Much of my consultation was spent talking about their products. Shea Locs has multiple locations and it felt like a sales-y franchise situation. Overall, I wasn't satisfied with my experience and will not be continuing my loc journey here. On a positive note, the shop was clean, they had good music playing and I was promptly greeted.

The hair didn't shed much the entire 2 months I kept my extensions. The braids were easy to take down, styling was superb and all the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and good stylist. Bay-bee, my hair lasted 2 months with no problem. I only took it down because I wanted to wash and treat my natural hair. I'd recommend 3 Girls and a Needle for sure. As a matter of fact, I'm booking my second appointment tomorrow, 8am. Oh yeah, I was in at 6am and out by 8:15 am!
