I mean 10 people? 10 people sat in a line for TWENTY MINUTES while an Asian woman behind the counter calls employees and makes a very blatant disregard for the line. After that ridiculous wait she mildy returns to the counter as if it had only JUST got busy. And people wonder where the black community's rage stirs from. Women in line waiting to pay money for the business to have such piss poor management. I'm only a traveling stylist and I can say I hope Conyers realizes they deserve a better community beauty store to patronize because this was sad. read more

Buy their wigs at your own risk. I got a ringworm infection from a wig that I bought from them. They're unsanitary!

Note: THESE ARE THE SAME PPL WHO RUN SUPERBEAUTYMART.COM Placed an online order for items that were in stock. Order amount qualified me for free shipping. Days later, received an email saying they could only fill a portion of my order b/c not all items were in stock. I told them I will wait for items to be in stock. A week later, they email me stating that the items have arrived but now I will have to pay a shipping fee since my order exceeds the weight amount for free shipping. Huh?!!! Naturally, this policy is nowhere on the website near the "FREE SHIPPING OVER $50" banner, but rather in fine print in the Shipping Policy section, in the midst of the policy language. Basically, it's buried on the website... and purposely so. I canceled the order and will never order from here again. If businesses, who are already making at least a 50% markup on their items, are too cheap to pay for shipping, then they shouldn't be an online retailer. read more

I placed an order on their website because they offered "Free Shipping Over $50." After I placed the order I changed my mind about the color of hair I purchased so I called to see if I could switch it. They were very nice and switched it with no issue however, they informed me that my order was 1 lb over the weight for free shipping and I would need to PayPal 1/2 the cost of shipping ($10). I was confused because the banner on the top of their page very clearly said "Free Shipping Over $50." To be fair, this is in the terms and conditions, however why advertise free shipping when it really isn't free? It feels like false advertising and at the minimum they should put this on the front page so there's no confusion. I requested they cancel my order which they did with no issue and I placed the order with another site that offered free shipping over $50 (and actually honor the offer). I like that they didn't hassle me about cancelling but I think they should be more upfront about the terms. read more

I ordered $70 worth of hair online & was charged, only to receive an email 2 days later stating that items I ordered are sold out. I do not understand why the website would allow you to purchase a item that is not in stock. If an item is no longer in stock, then it should say unavailable on the site and not allow the customer to pay for an item that is not in stock. Absolutely inconvenient, and unprofessional. Will not purchase from this site again. read more

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!! I ordered products worth hundreds of dollars, and didn't receive my products as promised. The owner/service manager provided no assistance and blamed the occurrence on the post office. I will never order from this place again. BTW- I spoke with them about the exact delivery date and was assured that the products would be received on a specified date. This ruined my scheduled plans, and quite frankly, I find this less than satisfactory customer service from a business. So if you desire to order products for a lot of money and not receive the items, this is the place from which to order. COMPLETE FAILURES!!!!! read more

I live in VA and order hair from Mega Beauty Mart regularly and absolutely love the service I receive when I have questions or have to make last minute changes to my order. I love that I get the hair within 2 business days, at times sooner. Many of the synthetic/ crochet brands I favor such as Femi are not available in the local beauty supply - so this is my definite "go-to" for better quality hair. I absolutely love the prices also :) read more

I ordered some hair from their BOGO sale and a lace closure for a better deal than anywhere around here. Was able to keep in touch with Daniel and he emailed a USPS tracking number as soon as the order was processed. Everything arrived safely to my door in 2 days (from Georgia to Michigan). Idk where some of these bad reviews came from but my ordering experience was EXCELLENT. Better service than some of my local beauty supply stores. Like I told Daniel "MEGABEAUTYMART.COM HAS A NEW CUSTOMER" lol. I'm very very VERY HAPPY!!!!!! I have ordered Misty Wave from Mega Beauty Mart for over a year. I originally purchased the product from a local beauty store and it was horrible. It was not 100% human hair. When searching online I ran across the Mega Beauty Mart website, took a chance and I have not had any problems all. In fact, my hair stylist told me that it was the best quality hair that she has seen. In addition, I have received nothing but stellar service from Daniel. Good customer service is hard to find and he is the absolute best!!! If anything in my order is out-of-stock I receive a prompt email from him informing me when the merchandise will be back in stock, an estimated shipping time, if necessary he will suggest an alternative AND will provide same day shipping. Excellent Customer Service Quality Hair Products This is "My Only Go-to Place for Quality Hair". Daniel (Ops Manager) has always been courteous and prompt when filling orders. As a Good Customer should, I don't wait until the last minute to place an order for items I needed a week ago to ultimately blame someone else for my failure to always be prepared. I live in Maryland and I place orders regularly. I have never had issues with quality of product or communication.
