I also bought a full size bottle of moisturizer and some tanning lotion. I spent almost 50 bucks my first day in. I tanned once, for 9 minutes. My mother got very ill the next day and was put in the ICU. I called and explained and asked if I could come a couple times after the 7 days was up because I'm her primary caregiver. He was disinterested and said no abruptly and rudely. I will never tan here again on principle.

I called in to ask what beds they offered and the receptionist replied by asking me if I could just come in and look at the beds and packages they offered because she was "too busy" to answer any questions via phone. I would hope you have at least basic packages you can quote someone over the phone? Saying "well mamn' we have over 300 people tanning in our salons a day" and they don't have the time to answer phone calls. Are you serious?! Also that their tanning salons offer the best beds at great prices, which is very true but not the point. The POINT was the very bad attitude of the staff all 3 days I visited. Had I not paid cash I can assure you I would be trying for a refund of the 3 days I have left. The owner/person who answered the phone was extremely rude. I have never been spoken to like this over a call to help improve an establishment. Needless to say, Ive looked up another tanning salon about 20 mins away that I will be traveling to happily.
