I have an ongoing relationship with super tint. They are super annoying. I live a block away and when they turn the sound up, especially the bass it goes right into my apartment. I have tried talking to them, calling the police they ignored me. I found out from code enforcement that they are supposed to have the vehicle in the shop with the door closed. That would have solved the problem but they still don't close the shop door, and they think you have to turn the sound all the way up to make sure it works, and that is bullshit. I have never had any work done there so I won't comment on that. They are terrible neighbors and would appreciate people staying away from there maybe if they lose business they will move. If there was nothing that could be done I wouldn't be pissed off but they won't do the simple task of closing the shop door. read more

Thank you To Super Tint and all the staff for getting my dream custom box and custom work to reality I love it! they are super honest super clean and very careful. I don't trust everybody in town with my classic Cadillac. Majority of places are liars. I finally found a good shop. They installed a stereo system that I didn't not like so They changed it. No questions asked and I had my receipt in hand! Highly recommend super stereo and they installed my alarm system on all three vehicles. The prices I got from other shops was $300 more at the other shops. I sent my cousin to a close friend he ripped him off. He installed a $300 viper for $700. This is my 2nd Time coming back to Super Tint and Mauriceo always hooks me up. First time I came in I got a 20inch flip down tv for my Toyota Sienna and the thing is amazing. Guys where able to install it same day and it has DVD, USB and connect HDMI to my kids games ! Definitely happy with our purchase. The manager also knew me by my first name the second time I went in here to get a JBL subwoofer installed in my 2017 Honda Civic Hatchback. It slaps and everyone asks where I got it from. This place is horrible, they DO NOT honor any of their warranty's, blame it on each other and not taking responsibility for their own work. The manager is a little bitch. I got my Trucks Windows tinted, couple months later the tint started peeling off, called them and after going in circles was finally told to bring in my truck, when I dropped it off they said it will be done all over again, but got a call from them 15 minutes later saying "Come to the Shop". When I got their, they told me THEY CANT FIX THE TINT. Very u professional, very rude, and just not the place for business. I would give them 0 stars, and there skinny Ass manager is still a bitch. This is my third time coming to super tint and they have done a great job every time. I brought in my Toyota T100 to get a double DIN CD player and replace all the speakers which sounded great and they gave me a great price. I also brought in my Toyota Solara to have a double DIN put in as well as replace all the stock speakers which they did a great job and gave me a good deal. And for the third time I came I got a subwoofer and amp put in which they gave me a great deal and had it done very quickly and professionally. I think Sal and Santiago for the great customer service and time efficiency I would highly recommend anybody to come to this place to get tint or car audio I do plan to come back to do more business. read more

Took my car to have an aftermarket under the seat woofer installed. I had to go back twice and it took two full days but they fixed what stereo one warehouse had broken. Radio sounds great now. The tint at this place is still cheap and fades within a year. My suggestion is go to this place for stereo installation but go to stereo one warehouse for window tint. read more

Purchased my brand new 2016 Honda Accord Sport from Clawson Honda and Clawson sent it here because US tint was busy that day I guess. Big huge mistake!!! The same day they tinted my windows I noticed bubbles all over mind you all my other cars I always tint at US tint but I trusted the guy from Honda saying they do good work. So I waited a few days and still bubbles well I couldn't take it anymore I took it back to Clawson and they re tinted all my windows at US tint I'm so happy no bubbles and the tint looks amazing!!! And I was told that when Super tint tinted my windows they also messes up the sealing on the driver side window which Clawson had to replace!!! I'm sure Clawson won't be using these guys anymore #horriblejob read more

Well I'll give them 2 stars. They finally fixed my alarm. However, they should've finished it on the day I was there but they were just in a hurry to go home or something. I understand you gotta go somewhere, but come on, customer first not the other way around. Why make me come back the next day just cause you have other things to Do. When I came home my tire went flat. There was a peice of razor blade stuck in tire tred. When I spoke to owner he said they don't use razor blades. He also sent me a picture of his "high tech" machinery. The picture showed tools with razor blades on desk, proving him to be a liar. He insisted it did not happen at his shop "I am not going to pay it did not happen here" his words exactly.... I drove straight home and realized my tire was flat only 2 hours later! :( 100$ for a new tire! I should have known better his eyes were blood shot red and he was walking into bar next to his shop first day I met him at 2:30 In The afternoon. Quality of tint was mediocre. I purchased my car in August 2013 and took it down to get the windows tinted the 5%. I was pleased with them. The tint was super dark and with time I thought my eyes were adjusting to the darkness. I added a sticker to the back of my window almost immediately and about a year and a half later decided I did not want the sticker on there anymore. When I took the sticker off, it was dark where the sticker was and extremely light where the sticker wasn't. The tint had faded dramatically. I took my car back to them and their tinter said the tint they had used in the past was faulty and now they work with a better one and now they add aluminum to the tint. I showed it to the co-owner and he said he would call me and let me know how we could resolve this. I called Super Tint a few days later and spoke to the co-owner and he said he would need to speak with his partner regarding what to do. He let me know it might be a while since his business partner is in Spain. I called back a few days later and he quoted me $75. I told him I refuse to pay for another tint since they used faulty tint and it didn't even last a year. He said he would get back to me. I called him a few days later and he quoted me $50. Again I told him absolutely not. He said he would get back to me. Again, a few days later I called him and he said $45. I told him he must not understand, he sold me bad tint and now he expects me to pay to replace it. This went on for several months and a different amount each time. FINALLY he said he would do it for free. Since August 6, 2016 I have been trying to get them to complete the work. At one point the co-owner tried doing it and there were TONS of bubbles in it; he said he didn't have time to clean the windows from the previous tint. Another time there was soapy water in my trunk (see picture); luckily I had Clawson Honda put a rubber lining in my trunk when I purchased it. OF COURSE THE OWNER DENIED ANY RESPONSIBILITY! I only noticed it when I went to Costco and was about to put my groceries in the trunk. I have taken my car back to them at least 10 times and about 6 times to have the tint replaced since it is always scratched or has bubbles. A couple of times I have brought my car in as scheduled to have it repaired to be informed at the end of the day, the tinters didn't come in since their cars are unreliable. I am scheduled to go back in AGAIN on New Years EVE. The co-owner TOLD me I need to go on Yelp and give Super Tint a good review, because they only take care of those that take care of them. Seriously, was that a threat?? Sad when you can only get good reviews by threatening your customers! If it is not done correctly this time, I will see them in court. I wish I had listened to all the bad reviews I kept thinking it can't be that bad and they have decent prices. This place really is that bad. I brought my car in for my 12 o clock appointment said it would take a couple hours...SIX hours later (at closing time) they give me back my car. They never really apologized for the inconvenience and made me feel like I was acting crazy for not wanting to wait there six hours for a stupid car tint. The only reason they acknowledged my wait time was because I spoke to the manager (after 4 hours of waiting without them saying anything) and he suggested I bring my car back the next day because they had only tinted one window so far. I was shocked! Four hours!! And they wanted me to come back the next day and leave it longer?! Because his tint guy left and he never told me? The only reason I know he left is because my husband called later. Plus! They left stains on the interior of my brand new car. Never will I recommend this business run by a misogynist who doesn't value a customers time or business. read more
