Owners & staff are always very friendly . However, the roaches is crossing the line! People can bring one home & get an invasion of roaches! Owners should really consider doing something about this. As for the dryer prices, it sucks because some of my babies clothes dries in 15 min which means -0.50 cent for me, as i don't use the other 10 min. Thought this place couldn't get any worse but then I saw the price increase of the dryers. It used to be $0.25 for 5 mins, as another reviewer mentioned. Personally, I feel as though it is unnecessary because for some loads it doesn't require 25 mins ( emphasis on some loads) the owner's reasoning behind it was mainly to eliminate transient loitering but still doesn't justify the increase. Utility expenses and inflation that's one but not everyone who comes will need 25 mins. Also, the place has cockroaches and is dirty. Even though, there's always a nice lady sweeping... maybe it's an outside factor but can definitely be controlled. A bit disappointed because as a college student I've always relied on this place to do laundry. Also, their ATM machine charges twice. There's a $2.75 fee but then I check my bank account again and it took an additional $2.00. Officially the worse. DO NOT COME HERE! read more

I've been coming to this laundromat for a while, but the new drying prices are honestly outrageous. For as long as I can remember, dryers at most laundromats run at the standard $0.25 per increment -- that's the normal expectation almost everywhere. But this place has completely abandoned that price point. Instead of the usual quarter per cycle increment, they've raised it to a much higher starting cost, and the time you get for that price isn't even generous. I ended up spending nearly double what I normally would just to get one load fully dry. By the time I finished all my laundry, I felt like I had paid more for drying than washing -- which makes no sense. What's especially frustrating is there was no clear notice or explanation for the price jump. If you're going to charge significantly more than the common $0.25 standard, at least be transparent about it. The machines themselves aren't noticeably newer, faster, or more efficient, so there's no obvious justification for the steep increase. I understand businesses have rising costs, but pricing dryers this far above the typical quarter-based model feels excessive and out of touch. Unless the rates become more reasonable, I'll be looking for another laundromat that sticks closer to the traditional and affordable $0.25 pricing structure. read more

It's always clean, there's plenty of space to fold clothes, the staff and owners are very friendly, the parking is very spacious, and if you forget to bring cash, they have an ATM so you can withdraw your money. Another very practical thing they have is the purified and alkaline water dispenser. While you're doing laundry, you can also use it to fill the gallons of water. 100% recommend this place. read more

I started coming here about a month ago to wash our clothes, although I have a washer and dryer at home the convenience of being able to put everything in at one time and dry so fast just can't be beat. My dryer at home takes two days to dry towels... I can dry all my towels at this place less than 30 minutes. It's amazing. I also Tried the wash and fold for the first time yesterday because I am a busy working mom on the go... And was not disappointed. This is the coolest most convenient service I have ever tried... I am scared to think I will now be paying to have my laundry done because it is just too easy and convenient . I appreciate the girl helping and cleaning what I don't appreciate how they steal from low Income communities. The dryers take $.25 for 7 mins but if you add an additional quarter it only gives you five additional minutes which means they are robbing you two minutes. The only response I got was because our electricity bill is high, so how does that justify stealing from people and if you're not watching nobody notifies you. So, if you're not paying attention, you're technically pay more and getting less. Those who are coming in late to wash... do not come!!! Store closes it's doors at exactly 9pm not at 10pm as it's mentioned in the store. They also turn off the AC and close all its doors while people are still drying their clothes inside!! All the heat trapped inside from the dryers and no ventilation could cause a health problem. They should really change their hours and explain to the customer correctly what their protocols are. Very disappointed. read more

This is the best place to do my laundry since under new management. It's close to me but I rarely ever came when it was under previous management. I now feel safe to do my laundry at all times of the day and the staff is always there to help and friendly. They just offered a new service called Fluff n Fold that I plan to use very soon. Basically it's a delivery service to pick up your laundry, wash it, dry it then deliver it back at your house. Going to save me time while I'm working or with my kids and family. read more

It doesn't seem like this place values customer safety at all and care more about making their several few quarters off the people who go here regularly. Unfortunately I rate it one star because the lady who cleans is very rude and unprofessional every time she sees someone come in with large amounts of clothes she gives you a very dirty look . She's always telling everyone we are not allowed to drink or eat anything mind you there's machines with drinks and snack IN the laundry . She never lets anyone use the bathroom , I don't know why people like her work In a workplace where they have to be respectful to all people . If she don't like her job she should just quit . The place is clean overall compared to other laundromats but my reason for the two star rating is every single time I wash here the man in charge or supervising puts the exact same Spanish preaching channel on every single TV in this place and puts the volume so high I can't even hear myself talking. We get it, you're Christian or whatever but people here probably would like to watch the news, sports channel, or a kids channel for those that bring their kids to wash. This is a well kept up laundromat-coin facility. I only come in the minting because that's what my schedule allows. This place is always clean and kept up. The manager is always handy in the morning, super nice and greets all his customers and when he leaves, he makes sure to thank all his customers for coming. He is always willing to help. If the manager is not available, there is a number you can call. I've called once or twice and the manager is back at the facility in 15 mins or so. On the other hand, with this facility being across the street from the Los Angeles County Dept. of Public/Social services , sometimes stragglers make their way inside the laundromat, but the manager (if there) is quick to have them exit. A great place to wash clothes.... Very clean, with working change machine, and supplies available. I notice other folks dogging the place out because of what is blasting on the TV. To be clear, it is blasting, but I am here to wash clothes as quickly and efficiently as I can. I NEVER had to wait for a machine, and they had lots of carts to help me move from washer to dryer. Counters were clean for folding, and they aggressively cleaned up, so the stray fabric softener sheet was seldom seen. Costs were reasonable, in line with my experience at other laundromats. I bring my own earbuds, so I am not dependent on whatever is blasting on the TV nearby. Besides, my car was steps away for the phone calls I made to my bride and family at home. If I can give 0 stars I would i put a 10 dollar bill in the machine to exchange for quarters and it took it ,with out giving me quarters , I called the man in charge he sent his worker to come some old toothless lady and it took AN HOUR mind you I have my 3 year old daughter Who had to pee , (there's a restroom but it's always locked I guess from what other people inside say they don't let anybody use the restroom ) so I put her on top of the Mary go round to distract her while I wait but that takes my money too !
