Read on and see my experience as I stand behind my review 100% and have all the communications to back it up. First, they lack the experience or infrastructure to make working with them a smooth process. It was very time consuming and difficult to get any results with them (if your time is NOT important to you, then they might be the right fit for you). The photos themselves were average in quality and creativity. I had my wedding early this spring but still have not seen the final edited photos. They took a few weeks after the wedding to get the photos to me, from which I selected some for final edits per their instructions. However, they expect you to jump back and forth between hundreds/thousands of photos to pick out the ones you like, while having duplicated photo numbers among the photos, which would have taken days. This was when I suggested that I drag the good photos into a separate dropbox folder for their edits. But because they didn't read my instructions or didn't understand the instructions, they kept going back and forth, to the point where I became so exhausted with their communication that I had to put them on the back burner for a while after I became pregnant. Meanwhile they kept bugging me for final payment, even when I did not have the final pictures and even when I did my part in clearly communicating up front that the process needed to be efficient. Fast forward to a couple months later when I paid them an extra $100 (at my own good will) to get things done right, they promised they would re-edit any photos necessary and they would deliver the final photo album thereafter. A few weeks ago, I contacted them because I had misplaced the USB they delivered of final photos and offered to pay them to drop off a new one, and I NEVER HEARD BACK. I also contacted them to get the photo album, which was part of the package I already paid for, and I NEVER HEARD BACK. In short, they believe in service BEFORE the sale and BEFORE they get paid. But after they got paid (and were treated kindly), they disappeared. I took off: -one star for wasting my time with an inefficient process -one star for taking extra money ($100) without delivering as promised -one star for not delivering the final photo album as promised -one star for taking very average photos and missing some key shots, such as any high-res shots of us saying our vows or kissing at the alter, or dips in our first dance (common sense). Total scammers based on my experience and again, I stand behind this review 100%.

But over the course of the past year or so (beginning around roughly mid-2025 and onward), the company inexplicably took a nosedive with its prior reputation and is quickly sending it to the dumpster, given that it mysteriously no longer responds to communications and is increasingly failing to fulfill and/or ship its existing orders. I am not certain what suddenly changed - perhaps the ownership was transfered and/or bought out, or maybe their next-of-kin inherited the business - but regardless of the reasons, I CAN tell you with certainty by this point in time is that this is no longer the Pro Audio LA which we audio professionals so fondly remember, most sadly to say. Because all of its communications and ordering processes have just about broken down within the past months, even as it continues to accept your online orders and take your money! For the record: I have $300-worth of audio interconnect cables ordered from this past springtime of 2026, and it is now mid-July as of the time of my writing of this review, yet STILL I have heard nothing further of my order. Even after multiple communication attempts. Nothing but dead silence on the other end, even though ... again ... the online order form remains open, functional, and happily charges your credit card without batting an eyelash. Clearly, something has gone terribly, heinously amiss while SOMEONE on the other end continues to take your money. And that's just about where the paper trail ends, because your online order stays in perpetual "processing" with nothing further done. That's where it sits, even as of today. So, please, heed my warning and do NOT give Pro Audio LA a single cent of your business from this point, onward. At least not until some kind of definitive light is shed on whatever has transpired within the establishment, regarding its suddenly-tanking business model. Because this doesn't smell right at all, and I am not the only recent buyer who has been raising awareness about the recent 180° turn for the worse by this company.

I've worked with other freelancers who've charged much more for much more basic results. The best part of this experience was how easy Tom was to work with. During filming, he needed very minimal direction and it was obvious he understood our vision.
