It's a good laundromat but some of the dryer machines don't work and they sometimes don't have signs on them so the machine just takes your money. Not just that it gets really hot in there and they don't turn the ac on until there's a lot of people sometimes. read more

Every week I wash and dry my clothes at the Ashlan and marks SuperClean. This week I put my money in the machine and it would not work. The door had an error code. Luckily I had enough for another machine. I tried calling the number on the wall and it wouldn't go through. So I looked the number up online and left a message on Sunday. I never got a call back. I have pics of the machines for proof. Never got a call back or a credit for this coming week Immediately upon my review Mark the owner called personally and was mailing me the cost for the load. I had a very dirty "Ruggable" rug. It is 10' x 12' machine washable rug that had suffered through two large dirty dogs - one a 100 pound puppy who loves the pool and the dirt. The rug was a mess and Thanksgiving was a week away. I folded the rug and took it to SuperClean, and using the largest washer, with two detergent pods, and the largest dryer - on the low setting. In less than 3 hours, I had a beautiful, perfectly clean, new looking rug. I couldn't be happier with the cleaning ability, and the comfortable and clean waiting area. Ever since you let Fernando and Kenny go this place has drastically gone downhill. I would purposely go in when I knew they were working because at the very least it would be clean and if I needed something they were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately you continue to hire family of your worst and laziest employee you have. You allow her to bring her children in so they can do her job, because she's so lazy she can't get up off her butt and out of that office to do the job she is paid to do. The store is gross and filthy every time she is working. It seems like a family reunion most of the time she's working. Her husband, kids, and other family all go in the office and she avoid customers. You definitely need to do whatever it takes to get the hardworking employees back and let the lazy ones who refuse to actually work go. Response to your response: Not sure who the disgruntled employee is or who my friend is, but I haven't been to this store this weekend. My son had surgery so I've been preoccupied. Nice job trying to cover up the lack of your employee doing her job. Ironically you know exactly who I'm talking about, could it be because we've had this conversation over the phone in the past... I am new to the fresno area. I moved from a house to an apartment and I was really upset about having to go to a laundry mat. I haven't had to do that in years!! All I can say is wow!!! The attendants are extremely friendly and provide fast turnaround on your laundry. The pricing is competitive to other establishments in Fresno that offer the same service. We are from out of state...After a nightmare experience with a rude employee at another laundromat....we found SuperClean Laundromat. I highly recommend this place. The attendants and even other customers were friendly. As per our luck, the first two washers didn't work..but the attendant was quick to respond and get us other washers and refund the money we lost in the first two. We had to stay way past closing and the employees stayed busy cleaning, wiping the washers and dryers down, sanitizing, and even dusting off the ceiling fan blades and hanging signs. To the owner!! When I first moved to fresno in 2018, I was going to dirtybird laundry because of the free dry. But the machines were always dirty, or they were broken or they just flat out took your money. But when I found this laundromat, it was the greatest find. There is always an attendant on duty, and they offer laundry services, the floors and machines are clean, the air conditioner is always cold, which is a big help on super hot days. Careful--this SuperClean will spoil you! You can drop off your laundry and they will wash, dry, and fold it! I think it was around $1.25/lbs. it took them around 5 hours the first time I did it. I'm new to the area and currently without a dryer--I'm concerned that it will be a regular occurrence as it's super easy and convenient! Also, the customer service is excellent. My biggest complaint is no mask wearing is enforced in this establishment. The manager walks around with her mask under her chin or under her nose all the time. There are not even signs saying wearing masks is required. It's unsafe and shows disrespect for the customers, especially those at risk with COVID. The washers are not that clean. Be really careful in picking your washer and look at it carefully. With all that, I had a load of sheets yesterday that was badly stained after the wash and dry. I don't have a clue what's on them, but it's disgusting. I'm going to find somewhere else to do laundry. read more

First of all I need to know where is Kenny? Cause when I came here and Kenny would be here and she was very helpful and she was known to be seen and did everything so well. It was clean in the laundromat and bathrooms were kept clean but now I haven't seen her in a few weeks now its very different now and definitely not as clean or the vibe is so bad and helpfullness is very poorly, when I would need help it will take me awhile to get help. I'll stand at the door looking for someone help me or I would have to walk around and look for the worker and take me awhile to find the worker. Which is not cool. The place is very clean. The double loaders are cheaper than where i use to go. I only have a problem with the no free drying. The time you get is five or six minutes per quarter. Which is not enough time to even get the clothes damp. Im currently at a dollar per dry. And honestly just doing the price comparisons. Its more than the free dry. I used 4 double loaders and one triple loader. Then paid more than i should to dry. I just really thought i would save some money. Also have of the bigger dryer barely work. Plenty of parking, walkable to Starbucks, family dollar & Walgreens. Stop by on weekday around 6, there was about 5 other people. Wash is $3.25 to $9 depending on which machine you use, 2x load to 9x load washers. Wash is 30min. Dry is 7 min per a quarter. The place is clean and looks new, beside the floor needing a sweep. There a clean, public sink with individual towels to dry your hands. Theres almost 80 machines. There's good AC running. There's a patio. There's benches to sit and tables to fold. This place is convenient because you can wash loads of clothes in one machine. I decide my clothes in 2 separate loads towels/sheets and clothes, under half an hour. It would take me 5 wash in my home machine, all day chore. Here's I was in and out in an hour. The only bad thing is there's a few stinky homeless that come in and out. The good thing is there's always someone working. The owner seem nice & takes care of her business. read more

Probably the best laundromat in Fresno! It's always clean! Great staff! Always helpful and always have a hot pot of coffee! I usually come at night to do my laundry and Fernando who is usually on staff at night is one of the nicest men! He will always offer to help. If you need a hand grabbing your clothes out of the car or putting them into the car. He will be there for you. Even when needing to find a rollaway basket. I always feel safe and welcomed. Went there on a Saturday, not super crowded. Very clean. I was late getting out of there and the attendant, Kenny offered to help me take my baskets to the car. Wow!! Super helpful young lady. Approx 20 minutes later I realized I left a load in the washer and completely forgot about it. I immediately called. Spoke to the owner who was very helpful and will find out. In the beginning it was the best laundry mat. It was clean and and every washer and dryer was thoroughly clean and then they came. Homeless started coming in and they started using the washers and the washer began to stink. The guy working here pushes them away because they started to bring in drugs and alcohol and trying to sleep inside without even cleaning their clothes. Best part is free wifi and friendly service. The homeless is a problem though. read more
