Over the years I have enjoyed this place. I particularly liked the online appointments but now it seams like with all the options they give you it has turned to crap. I showed up 20 minutes early for my appointment today then just as i was moments away I am told that there were 2 other walking who would me taken before me. I overheard a conversation a stylist telling her client. It depends on your attitude how your hair turns out I thought to myself and I listened a little bit more and I'm not gonna repeat everything. I heard this is unacceptable. I've been coming in here for a couple years I've never had a problem I like my stylist, but I've noticed the stylist really has an attitude and it's not the first time I have seen this rude behavior.she the only Asian I believe is her ethnicity she has black hair roots and bleached blonde going down .she should not even be cutting hair .i will be calling corporate on This asap.While I have been going here for a couple of yrs and like my stylist I'm rethinking if I'm going to return .this was unethical on any level to talk to an elderly lady in this manner and if this is okay with how things are being ran then I will mot be returning come .I felt very uncomfortable hearing this and this elderly lady looked like she just wanted to leave poor lady is this how we are treating are elderly nowadays read more

Scheduled appointment and after explaining what I wanted, other customers started arriving. She was done in 10 min, constantly saying "hair now is beautiful. I called in, asked if Melissa could wait 1/2 hour to cut my hair. She was ok with it. Asked that she spike the top, number 2 guard on the side, above my ears. Fade from ny short sides to my cropped top. Don't cut anything off the leangth at the back. Didn't pay to much attention, for she has cut me before. Gave her a $20 tip, I appreciated her waiting. Put hat back on, went to my friends. Took hat off, my buddy tells me, that I have wings. I was upset, once I took a look, she had put gel in at the salon. Once dried, I had wings, as seen in photo. It was then after 5:00pm. to late to go back. I will return Saturday. What I received was, A no 2# guard on side, and top spiked. Nothing done on the hair in-between, No fade. It has been a while since I've taken my dad to get a haircut so we weren't aware of the change in hours. We got there almost 30 minutes after they closed. As we were turning around to leave, Raymond stop us and let us in. My dad left really happy with his haircut and Raymond has restored my faith in humanity. He said he didn't feel right letting my dad walk back to the car without his haircut, after putting all that effort into crossing the street with his crutch. My dad had a stroke 2 years ago so moving around can be difficult, but he didn't mind returning when they were open. But Raymond insisted on not letting him go without a great haircut! I used to come here for all of my haircuts and usually everyone did a great job. I especially liked Jamey. Ashley and Nichole were great too. But recently the staff and the entire place has changed drastically. The last two haircuts left me feeling unimpressed. The first one I had asked for layers, but they ended up rather choppy looking and uneven. The second one was just a bang trim. She kept tripping over the chair and didn't even bother spraying my hair with water which is what they normally do. My bangs were left uneven and too angled. I ended up correcting them myself and am fortunate that they ended up ok. Anyway I'm about to look for a new place to get a hair trim and might even look Jayme up since they told me she transferred over to the store in Roseville. read more

There are hair stylists, and there's Jamie...she's a true master. Being from Melbourne, Australia, I've been to many well known stylist and I've never had a better stylist. She can look at any picture you show her, analyze and nail it. She listens, airs on the side of caution and ensures I always leave with exactly what I have asked for. I don't think I've written a yelp review in years, but when someone is that good, you just have to pay it forward. I absolutely love this place!! It took me many years to find the right person to trust to cut my hair!!! She is the best stylist at Supercuts and I'm so lucky to have found her!! I absolutely trust her with my hair and love every time I get it cut by her!!! I always get so many compliments on my hair cut and she is the best to chat with while getting my hair cut! On a recent trip to grandma's house, one of the first things out of her mouth was that I needed a haircut (and that I had gained weight). So I went for a run and then found myself at Supercuts (there are not many places to chose from). I was glad to see that the place was busy and gained even more confidence when there was a short wait...waits imply quality, right? After a 10 minute wait my name was called and I plopped down into the chair. I gave some simple direction and the attractive, well groomed, nice smelling girl went to work. Thrown off by her looks and scent I wasn't paying much attention to the masacre that ensued. When she was done I came out looking like an Asian Bobby Brown during his New Edition days when he was sporting that whack high top fade. I wear a hat a lot so I get my hair can be a pain to cut but damn this lady while blending in made the blend line so uneven you would think she is cross eyed. I will NEVER go back. Let me start off by saying that I'd give this place 0 stars if I had the option. I have been a regular for the past 5 years - bringing both my boys for regular cuts. This place had gone down the tubes in quality of cuts and customer service. Today was the final straw: I walked in with my three year old and waited to talk to the front desk. While standing there to find out if they accepted checks, a COMPLETELY snotty ( the one with brown hair and tattooed forearms) girl snips at me in her valley-girl voice, "Uhmmmm, you can just have a seat." So rude. When I said that I was wondering if they accepted checks, without any eye-contact, she barked , "No". The kicker - I actually heard a co-worker saying that they had a new system now that did accept checks. Noone ever came out to let me know. I had let the crooked, jacked -up haircuts go over the years because I figured it was just chintzy Super Cuts and you get what you pay for ..But, I'm done .. For good. If I were the manager or owner here, customer service training would be first on the agenda for those employees . What a joke. read more

Walked in today signed the sheet per their instructions. There was one person waiting before me. About 5 minutes later another gentleman walked in and was asked to sign in. A few more people followed. The stylist call a name and the gentleman that came in got up and proceeded to the chair and the stylist just shrugged his shoulders and lipped oops and proceeded to start on the gentleman. I like to go here because it's cheap and they've never messed up my hair. I usually just get a trim but you'd be surprised how wrong that can go at other places. I've never gotten a more complicated hair cut here but if I ever needed something other than a trim, I would trust them with my hair. read more

This is such a great place! Everyone in the shop is knowledgeable and so nice! I am from out of town and I travel constantly so getting a good cut has been a challenge. I know that Supercuts require their employees to constantly be attending education classes so that they are always improving or updating skills and new techniques. That is why I often look for a supercut salon where ever I am. But Cindy did more then just a simple trim, she gave me probably the best cut I have ever had! She listened to what I was wanting and gave me honest and realistic feedback for my hair type and condition so that we were able to get a style that looks fabulous on me. I am now back in town and will definitely be seeing her again. To be honest I'm willing to make a trip here just to see her for my cut! I used to go out of my way to get my hair cut at supercuts, that's how much I liked them. Maybe not so much after today....I got my hair cut by Nichole ( maybe I didn't spell it right), I told her how I wanted it done, but when she was done, I asked her to trim a little more off the top, so she did that, but as I was going to ask her to take a bit more off, she walked off. Well, I guess she was done. She never came back. I have no idea what that was about. Then I noticed my sideburns (what little I do have) were crooked, but I guess that won't get corrected either. I went here to get red highlights in my hair that would be noticeable, because i will be 30 and i wanted a change I've never done colored highlights only like light brown and i specifically told the girl i want them to be noticeable and stand out but not Ronald McDonald red. she says okay (i wont say who it was cause shes super sweet) but when i was done she dried just part of the top of my hair and said looks good see and i could see 2 little strands of red and i thought hmm maybe its cause the rest my hair still wet and you cant see them or i don't know maybe its the lighting. NO ITS NOT I LITERALLY HAVE NO RED HIGHLIGHTS IN MY HAIR EXCEPT THE COUPLE INCHES ON THE TOP AND THEN THEY DISAPPEAR.. now i am mom of 2 i don't have $80 to be throwing around like that. not to mention that was my gift to myself for my bday. I visited Super Cuts yesterday and had my hair done by Samantha. I would not recommend her at all. She never really understood what I wanted and in the end my hair looks like a 5 year old cut it. My whole family loves this Supercuts! Ashley, the manager, cuts hair very well and has a wonderful personality to match! She is very knowledgeable about style, trends,braiding and much more. Ashley takes care of our whole family and our friends. She listens to the customer attentively and aims to please. You will love her! My wife is always pleased with her hair color and cut. She feels like a movie star when she leaves the salon. Our daughter feels glamorous after her long, thick hair has a weave and cut. I love the receptionist, Amanda! She always makes me comfortable with her patience, friendliness and beautiful smile. I see quite a number of men and women in this salon. They always seem happy with their cuts. They have a joyful air about them when they leave. I have been going to this salon for a very long time; there has always been a sense of satisfaction. All the stylists are all delightful and capable, as well. The men, who left feedback here, probably need to communicate with their stylists more on all the things they want for their cut......like blades, length and how your comb/brush your hair, part,and how it looks after using a blow dryer or gel. Give as much info and feedback as possible.....very helpful to the stylist. Photos are always great. It is all about communication. The salon is comfortable and clean as well.
