Unfortunately, I ended up with a painful second-degree chemical burn on my neck after the treatment. When I informed Lisa (owner), I was met with a dismissive attitude. She denied the possibility that the product could cause a chemical burn, claimed it was "not a chemical," and told me to contact the manufacturer instead. I explored the possibility that relaxer on the cape or towel from previous customer could have caused burn. She said she would review camera footage and get back to me. After follow-up she refused to admit or apologize for their mistake and no refund granted. She offered a gift card for future service which, is unrealistic especially traveling 3 hours round trip to get there. I am not sure what product /chemical caused burn. The lack of accountability and concern for client safety was extremely disappointing.

My husband's haircut was so bad and uneven, and she did not do what he asked. When he tried having her fix it, she was rude and still did not resolve it, but made it worse. So I assumed they would honor the price in store. When I walked into the store I wasn't greeted and there was one person behind the register. I stayed in there for about 10-15 minutes. Once I got to the register I asked the cashier about the pricing. She stated if it doesn't ring up the sale price they don't honor it because they weren't notified by corporate. So at this time I was the only customer in the store for the first 10 minutes of being in there then another sales associate walked in and again didn't acknowledge me and stood behind the register! This person also said they can't honor the price of the sale either. I even showed them on my phone where it didn't say online only but they said it didn't matter because they couldn't give it to me for that price.
