This has got to be the worst place to EVER get your haircut!…read more First of all, they do not take appointments (due to covid?), so when I arrived there around 5:45pm, they checked me in...but then told me they couldn't get me in until 7:30pm. I had asked for a cut and color, but based on their closing time (of 9pm), they would only have enough time for a cut. Fine, I accepted that and waited for the cut. At 7:30pm, I come back in and waited. I was finally called to a chair around 7:50pm. I gave the stylist a picture of what I wanted. She attempted but did not do the cut correctly. She didn't even use a comb to part my hair, instead she ran with the part I did with my fingers and started cutting. The cut was way shorter than the picture, and it just did not turn out right. Overall, I was EXTREMELY UNHAPPY with my cut, so much that I'm now researching a new stylist to fix my cut! Save your money and your time, and go somewhere else...I beg you!

I was also interested in very subtle highlights to give my look more dimension. I got one of the best cuts of my life with Jessica (Krantz), the salon manager. She seemed to know exactly what I was requesting (long layers), and before beginning she made certain she understood what color highlights I wanted by showing me sample swatches of the highlight colors available. Now my hair is a better complement to my facial features and skin color, and has beautiful dimension that is not distracting or obnoxiously obvious. Jessica was extremely conscientious and explained why she used whatever products she was using on my hair. I found it an absolute pleasure to have such a good understanding and communicability with the person to whom I entrusted my appearance. I will definitely be a repeat customer!!! Regis should be very proud of its stylists if they are all like Jessica...they are giving the company a solid reputation!
