I came to pick up my daughter and Jade the stylist was still working on her hair. No outgrowth had been done, no highlights on the whole head. My daughter showed a picture and the stylist claimed to not have seen it and yet my daughter said Jade took a picture of her picture! Jade claimed she was doing balayage which wasn't requested. Jade did a partial highlight and didn't use foil anywhere close to the scalp claiming she was protecting the virgin hair by leaving it out. This woman does not know what she is doing. I paid for a full head of light blonde highlights and my daughter left with three inches of outgrowth of obvious dark blonde hair and almost orange hair on the bottom. Terrible job! She asked me if I had any pictures, took the time to talk about what I was going for, and offered insight on what I should do to correct all the brassiness. I trusted her immediately and am so glad I did because my hair came out looking incredible. This was the lightest that I have ever gone but Kaela and Fefe (not sure how to spell that) made sure that it wasn't too dramatic and that most of all, it compliments my skin tone and coloring. This was such a huge change for me but I am SO GLAD that I listened!! Best of all...my Rogue piece is gone forever!!! On top of the hair service being amazing, so was the customer service. The salon's owner, Nadia (spelling again lol), was so approachable and SO friendly. Everyone in there was! I explained to Brenda that due to all of this, my haircuts are uneven. Most stylists prefer to blow dry my hair straight (versus cutting it in its natural state) to make it easier to cut, but with my curls being different textures, the cut never comes out even. I wear my hair mostly curly, so cutting it straight kind of defeats the purpose. She said no problem and got to work! First she shampooed me because my hair had been in a pony tail. She cut my hair wet and took her time ensuring the cut was even and balanced throughout. Once she was happy with the shape, she rinsed my hair again. During the entire appointment she spoke about her family, and in turn I spoke about mine (which I never do since I'm very private). We laughed and the vibes were just there! At the end of the service, I could SEE my hair was cut correctly. I went home wet, styled it in the way I like it to be styled and this is the result. I went to Costco the same day and people were stopping me in the store to tell me how beautiful my hair is. It's definitely all because of this cut!
