I came here yesterday for a haircut and was assigned to a stylist named Juliana, who unfortunately completely botched my hair. I have never cried so much over a haircut in my life. Because of how unhappy I was, I called the next day to see if it could be fixed. Her supervisor, Sophia, attempted to correct it, but ultimately told me there wasn't much she could do and suggested that I just curl my hair or avoid wearing it down. I never once mentioned leaving a bad review while she was fixing my hair, and I want to be clear that I am not encouraging anyone to go online and bash Juliana personally. People learn through experience, and I understand that. However, I did express to the supervisor that if Juliana was not confident in her ability to give me the haircut I asked for, she should have asked for help or declined to do it. Instead, I am now stuck hating my hair every day. The response I received was essentially that mistakes like this are part of the learning process. While I understand that stylists need experience, clients should not feel like mannequins or practice heads. If a salon cannot confidently provide what a client is asking for, that should be communicated upfront. If you are particular about your hair or want a specific result, I would not recommend coming here, as the experience made me feel like my dissatisfaction didn't matter as long as it was considered a "learning experience." read more

Sophia did a cut & color on me a few days ago. She was very polite and gentle with me. She also informed me of potential discomforts that may arise during the color procedure however I did not experience any of them. This is my angled bob which is actually straight in the back and a piece in the front angled when I tried to get it fixed they said they were too busy and to come back when I have a dr appointment. Worst customer service worst haircut of my life. Update: I NEVER asked for a new employee, I walked in and she greeted me and asked me to come back. I did go back and was told I couldn't be accommodated and when I asked for a manager I was told they would tell me the same thing, no one called me and I paid to have it fixed by a professional that same day because you can't mess up someone's hair and expect them to spend days with that hair cut. I should have photographed the back where she didn't blend it and it looked like what happens when you take scissors to a barbies hair. It was horrible and your staff was rude. So let's not pretend that you all bent over backwards and I was just unreasonable. My hair was long so she had a lot of hair to practice on before I went bald but she chopped it all off. read more

I just moved to Colorado, and was in desperate need of a haircut. Confession time: I usually go to Great Clips. Sorry! Anyway, the closest GC is about four miles away. I was able to ride my bike to Supercuts, so I went for it. I downloaded the app and checked in ahead of time. I love that feature. After peddling uphill, huffing and puffing, and locking up my bike, I was immediately seated by Alyssa, who also cut my hair. She was so funny and even gave me courtesy laughs at my corny jokes. I asked her if she could make me look like the guy in the poster on the wall. She said we'd have to go back in time. I told her more than that, she would need a magic wand to make my hair grow back and make me taller. Given I'm a balding over-middle-aged man, the haircut didn't take long and turned out as fine as it could be. Unlike Hannah B.'s complaint, Alyssa told me in advance she would have to key in my credit card, because the card machine doesn't always swipe. Not a problem at all. Supercuts will now be where I go every three weeks to trim up my grey hairs. And "super" thank you to Alyssa for the "fantastic" service. I called right after I got off of work and was able to get right in that evening. I walked in and Rochelle greeted me. She was so cute and had great hair. My first thought was she knows what she's doing. I wasn't able to pull up the image of my desired hair I found earlier that day. So Rochelle asks me what is bothering me the most. I told her my hair feels flat. And with my permission and no photo to go off of, she got right to work. I love the end result. She gave me just the right amount of layers and based on my hair habits she gave me personalized tips and advice. She was so sweet and very professional. Went in Friday they were booked till close and they offered to make an appointment for the next day then i show up at my appointment time the next day as the same lady who made my appointment just finished with a client and told me there were 2 people ahead of me and it was gonna be over an hour. Had plans and couldnt get my haircut. They do not honor there appointments. I don't know why this place is categorized as a "man's hair salon" (or whatever). I got a coupon for a hair cut in the valupak saver, and went in to use it. My wait time was under 5 minutes. We discussed what I would like to see done with my hair (trim it up, along with the layers). The stylist (my first time ever having a man style my hair!) kept up good conversation as he worked. The end product looked awesome, and it felt so nice to have my hair cleaned up a bit. This is a veteran owned franchise, and the owner was in when I was there. He was really nice. If you're military, they definitely know how to do different types of cuts that are in regulation, and they offer AWESOME specials and coupons. I will definitely keep them in mind! read more

How I wish I could give as good a compliment as Jena's review ... wonder what happened to those guys?! Because I also received a val-pak coupon and decided to try them out. What a disappointment. I gave specific instructions to this young chick and she just ignored them and did her own thing on my hair. By the time she was done, it looked like a bunch of rats had gotten hold of my hair!! I laughed out loud and asked her how I was supposed to walk out looking like... that nothing I'd asked her to do had been done. It might be what teenagers want, but definitely not any sane, mature woman.
