Very pleased with the haircut Maria gave me. I haven't had a haircut n over six years and knew the reason my hair never got longer was due to not trimming the ends frequently enough. Maria seemed shy and quiet but genuine. I enjoyed the wash and conditioning. Then she consulted on how much she should cut off and then went to work. Maria probably gave me the best trim I've had in my whole life and I'd definitely recommend asking for Maria. She recommended I return to trim the ends again in four months. Do not come here. They must let ANYONE run the store because this manager was rude for no good reason. She called my mother asking if she could come in 30 minutes early for my 10 year old sister's SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT for a cut, because apparently they were trying to fit in a hair coloring appointment later on in the day. My mother, being the nice and considerate person she is, agrees to come in early without hesitation. Now, all the women in my family have very long thick beautiful hair. We go lengths to brush all the tangles out every night and we considered this before heading to the salon and made sure my sisters hair was all nice and detangled so that the stylist wouldn't have to worry about it too much( even though that's what we pay them to deal with.) So the stylist is brushing my 10 year old sisters hair and I guess she's having trouble with the tangles and insists on shampooing and conditioning my sisters hair to make it easier for her to brush out all the tangles. Mind you, we've been dealing with my sisters hair for almost 11 years and we knew that only would have made things take longer for the stylist, but like I said, she insisted. Now we're at the point where the stylist is having a hard time brushing my sisters wet hair, so my mom even does so much as to offer help to brush my sisters hair. At this point the manager is saying that she's going to charge extra for the tangles and my mom is completely fine with that. But then the manager proceeds to make rude comments about my sisters hair and has the AUDACITY TO TELL MY MOM TO BE CONSIDERATE OF THE NEXT APPOINTMENT. How about you schedule your appointments better! That's like seating someone at a restaurant at their reserved time and telling them to be considerate of the people waiting.... Ok so, I usually go to like corner barbers and not very well known barber shops, I decided to go to Supercuts for the first time and, the wait was 45 min. I didn't mind because I had to catch up with some stuff on my phone. When I was called up by this nice lady Jenna and the haircut itself was fairly short, maybe 20 minutes when I was done it was way better than any of the other barbers I had been too. Long wait. Not a big deal for a sunday. Showed up and 4 employees were here. 15 mins later 2 left. 2 were with clients. It was like at 315 everyone had to go home with a full lobby. Daughter said it was a good haircut. So I came here on 2/14 for a wash and blow dry and paid $25 for the service. The lady who did it was great. Today 3/6 I went for the same exact service and it was $41. A different woman did my hair and was wonderful but I was shocked at the major price difference. Her coworker said there was pricing errors recently but that is such a huge increase. I'm bummed because that's my self care and $41 for a wash and blow dry is so expensive especially for a Supercuts. My hair is medium length too so it's not super long. read more

I have medium length hair and came in for a quick cut. Joeselene was great. Super friendly, gave me a quick clean up, and had cut my hair in probably 15 minutes. My husband also got a hair cut. He wanted a high fade with the top cleaned up. Michelle ( I think that's her name) took like half an hour to cut his hair. Sure, hair cuts take a while, but if you can't do a fade SAY SO! His hair doesn't look good, she kept going over again and again with the clippers in the same spot. He will not come again. read more

I go in just to have my hair shampooed and blow dried cuz of medical reasons I'm unable to shower or even bend over a sink. I get the same care and attention as anyone getting the full works. Very happy with the service I received here. A bad haircut can leave you feeling awful as you walk out, so I was a little bit apprehensive about going to Supercuts, as opposed to the higher end salons I usually visit, since I wasn't sure how it would turn out. Between grad school, full time work, and running a business, getting my hair done on a Sunday was my only option -- and nothing else was open. I was very pleased with this hair salon, I went in looking like a SHAGGY DOG and came out looking like a HUMANBEING, I needed a haircut, a mustache and a beard trim, Yes I have gone back to wearing a beard, just in case I am willing to do my seasonal job, the agency now has gone to us having our own beards, so now what had no style or shape to it has some style and shape, I was glad that the lady who cut my hair did exactly what I wanted , I felt much better when I departed this place. I am not one who can do anything with my hair except wash it and comb it out. It looks very nice now because she gave such a good haircut. The last time I was there another woman cut my hair (I wish I remember her name). She did a great job, too. It is now 2/16/17 and I need a new haircut.
