I have a number of different cowlicks on my head. Its been a pain to try and manage and at various points in my life I've just elected to buzz it down to make my life easier. Most of the time, I got a haircut, then within a day or two it looked disheveled again because whoever cut it didn't take the time to fix the issue. Enter Ana. Ana has been the best at being able to tame these in my 40+ years of getting my haircut. I got a cut last week, and everything is still behaving and I can style it as I please. I will keep going here as long as she's around. She's detail oriented, easy to talk to, and we've gone through a few different style tweaks along the way. Went to 2 different supercut stores this morning trying to get a haircut. The 1st one I went online and made an appointment at. They couldn't take credit cards, they were updating there system blablabla. I was the only customer in the store. They wanted me to come back in 2 hours. I said I am all set. Drove across town to the next store. 2 girls working and no customers. I walked in and they asked me to stand outside I. the freezing Temps and they would come get me. I gave them 2 minutes and left. I stopped for a haircut because I was in dire need of one. I had super long hair and wanted it to be cut to be below my shoulder, to wear my shoulder blade was. The girl started in the back of my head and stopped to answer the phone. My daughter was sitting in the waiting area and I looked at her and she just had this horror look on her face. I reached back and touched my hair and it was cut to the middle of my neck. I asked the girl how that was going to reach my shoulder blade and she told me that she had no choice but to continue cutting and would make it look good. I let her continue, because i thought she'd try to do something decent with it and what choice did i have at that point? The rest of my hair was to my chest, except the back where she started. She butchered my hair. butchered. One side of my hair is right above my shoulder and the other side is about an inch from my shoulder. She talked me into lettering her put layers in, and another dumb mistake by me, she just chopped, chopped, chopped, giving me the most ridiculous layers... it was like she was just cutting cutting cutting just to cut. I could have probably done a better hair cut myself. I can't do anything with my hair now. I can't wear it down, and it is too short to go up. First of all, they keep the doors locked & appointment is needed - there's no need for that since the store was empty & plenty of room for social distancing. Secondly, I arrived there with my face shield, which is designed like a pair of glasses. It does not cover the head at all, only a portion of my forehead, so it would be easy to lift my bangs up to trim. Still, they refused to take me because they said they can't cut my hair with a face shield so I need a mask. I will never go back there again, I can't where a cloth mask because I could pass out due to lack of oxygen. I explained that to the employee but she didn't seem to care at all. read more

Absolutely not again, I've been going here for nearly 10 years. I got charged 29.50 to have two inches of hair cut off my 10 year old daughter. Their sign clearly said female kids cut, wash and dry was $18, not only was I charged an adult price, I was charged an extra $8 because her hair was long. I broke up with my last stylist over a year ago. To say I was desperate for a cut and highlights is an understatement. One of Wegmans cashiers had a cute cut and said she'd gone to Nichole at Supercuts at the other end of the plaza. So I made an appointment and was not disappointed. Nichole was not only a lovely woman, she is very skilled. She took her time, asked a lot of questions about what I was looking for, made suggestions and listened to all I had to say. She did the highlights exactly as asked. They look beautiful. The cut is a little longer than I thought I wanted and I"m thrilled. It looks great!! Don't go here. EVER. I wish I could give it negative stars and go back in time. I was here over the weekend for a trim. I had Stephanie. Avoid her at all costs. She didn't listen to my specific requests about my hair length. Instead, my hair is a lot shorter than I asked for, has layers, which I didn't want, and is pretty ugly. Then when I commented and asked why she did that she got defensive and tried to blame it on me. All in all a very poor experience. I came in for a shoulder-length cut, and once it dried later, ended up being WELL above my shoulders (over an inch). It will be WEEKS before it's the length I clearly specified I wanted. Also, if you're having long hair cut, be prepared to be nagged MANY TIMES about donating! read more

Gina understood my requests and checked in with me during the haircut to make sure she got it right. She really paid attention to detail and had him looking sharp, neat and handsome.
