One of my dear friends became a client- and over two years went 11 times and spent thousands. Recently, the salon messed up- lost her color card and didn't regard her photos and history and toned her hair incorrectly. Instead of honoring a loyal and generous client- they gave her the run around for two weeks, refused to fix this issue, cancelled an upcoming appointment and frankly treated her like dirt. If you look at my review history - I don't think you'll ever see a negative review- but this frosts me. You'd think a small business would have the smarts to treat a loyal client with respect. Not Split Enz. I'll not be going back.

My own hair is getting a bit hard to find but Liberty cuts what can be cut and shaves the rest, resulting in a neat and clean look that I appreciate. On some days of the week Liberty is the only barber working in the shop. She dusts off her customer and her chair area for a few seconds after every cut, and stops to sweep away all the hair every three or four cuts, keeping the shop looking fresh and clean.
