Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly by the front desk staff and welcomed in. The entry was lovely, the whole way in and then of course, inside in the little shop as well. I waited in a little waiting area of the top of the stairs for someone to bring me down. A lovely lady who brought me down was so kind and showed me all the different areas of the spa so that I could enjoy the space in addition to my massage. Before my massage, I relaxed in the lounge with a cup of tea. That tea is amazing! I may be ordering it after I get home... after I relaxed. I was gathered by Sylvia and we on over to my massage. My massage was brilliant! I work out quite often and have a lot of tension as well as soreness in my muscles. Sylvia knew exactly what to do and found all the spots that were tight and helped work them all out. She used the exact amount of pressure that was needed, and, as deep tissue massages, go, while slightly uncomfortable at times due to soreness in the muscles, it was never truly painful. Truly exceptional! After my massage, I used the amenities to include the steam room in the hot tub as well as the shower facilities. I love that they thought of everything in the locker rooms to include hair ties and mouthwash. Those small things really do matter! After coming here for this massage, I will absolutely be back. It was truly a lovely couple hours and my muscles feel a heck of a lot better too!

My recent facial was outstanding; the technician was knowledgeable, caring, and meticulous, making it the best I've ever had, surpassing all my previous facials at other places. Hannah, the assistant, also shines brightly, adding to the overall sense of comfort and care. I highly recommend visiting the spa.

We arrived at 10:00 a.m., masked as out state mandates. Entering the Spa, the receptionist offered no greeting. No Good Morning, no Hello welcome to the spa. Not 1 word. Yes I was expecting a greeting. So that made me feel unwelcome. She just really just looked at me from being the COIVD partition. I said Hello, I have a 10 am appt. Gave her my last name. she gave me a form to fill out. I quickly dismissed her because yes today was about ME and it was my birthday. Due to a recent surgery I had a limitation that I wanted to speak to the massage therapist. She went to get her from the back. Brittney was my massage therapist for my Swedish massage. She played relaxing music to help me relax. There were no calming scents throughout the room like other spas. Brittany gave me a pretty good massage no concentration on her areas that I had mentioned on the form. Just basic textbook massage. There was time taken away from the service looking for a specific table type. That I noticed was not given back to the appt upon finishing. So my 50 minute was more like 30 minutes as yes i did watch the clock! There are products for sale there also. I was not shown any by the receptionist she just said my services were covered. Which I already knew since hubby gifted to me. Part of the Spa experience is a luxury most appreciate as a whole relaxation experiences , this was not the vibe once I left the room. I of my close friends checked in later that day. I could not even recommend The spa to them. I appreciated hubbys gift but The Spa at Kingsmill could use some customer service

I was specifically intrigued by their beer baths, and after researching the benefits, I decided to try one. I initially attempted to book online, but while the site mentioned a 50% deposit, it required 100% payment upfront, so I called to finalize the reservation. I used a 20% discount since it was my first-time booking. I decided to schedule the Brewing Calm Immersion, my session included 20 minutes in the sauna, a 60-minute massage, and a 60-minute soak. When I arrived, the owner greeted me and showed me my bath soak options: Hops Brew, Barley Blend, or Chai soak. I decided to try the hops brew which was a blend of hops, brewers yeast, malt, oats and Epsom salt. I also chose Eucalyptus, my favorite aromatherapy, for the diffuser used during my bath. After that I selected my drink from a selection of beer, wine and non-alcoholic options, which was also served during my bath. After making all my selections, I was escorted to a private room where, I changed into the robe and slippers they provided. They also provide access to Lockers with keys for you to secure your valuables.   My Experience  Sauna- Before entering they gave me a cup of ice water. I love the fact that I had the ability to adjust the temperature and lighting. However I wished there was some music in the background because sitting in silence for 20 minutes felt very long. Massage- I found the massage relaxing; however, the Pressure was hit or miss and I also feel like certain areas were neglected like my feet and head. Beer bath/soak - My favorite part of the day.  They pre-steeped the brew so the ingredients were already activated. I was originally concerned that the bath water wasn't going to be warm enough but I had 100% control of the temperature. When you enter the room they already have music playing and I had the ability to change the genre if I wanted. They also provide you with 2 large ice cube for you to massage your face and cool you down if you get too hot. After they get you all set up they dim the lights which was the final step in setting the relaxing mood. The Soaking tub was huge and I was just sinking into it. Loved, loved, loved it! Overall I truly enjoyed my time spent & experience at Pint and Peace. I would absolutely recommend stopping in for a day of pampering and I am looking forward to returning for another soak. This was a great kick off to my birthday month of self-care.

We did the sauna treatment, 60 minute massage, and bath and it was AMAZING! When we arrived, we got to choose our bath treatment - there were 3 options. Since I've never had a beer bath, that was what I chose. We also got the option of tea, wine, beer, or water for our bath. We also got to choose an essential oil for the diffuser during our bath. After making our choices, we changed into robes and went into the sauna. From there, we got 60 minute massages, and mine was AMAZING! I asked for firm pressure, and that's exactly what I got! After our massages, it was bath time. It was really neat because the treatment is actually in a bag that you put into the tub. It isn't beer but the dry ingredients that go into beer I'm guessing. I loved that they cut off the big lights and there's the option of a small switch light. There is also meditation music and the diffuser that adds to the relaxation. They also give you 2 big ice cubes to use on your face, neck, or just to simply cool the water if needed. I used on my face, and it felt SO good. I like that we had our baths in separate rooms but were able to move the sliding divider in the wall if we wanted so that we could still talk to each other! This was a 2 hour experience and I would definitely do it again. It was the perfect way to relax with a friend or take some time to yourself for a little self care!

I have been wanting a spray tan for a few weeks. 2013 was the last time I tanned due to child care arrangements so when I saw that Sundays opened up less than 5 minutes from my work I HAD to come and check it out. Originally I was going to just get a Mystic package but decided to go all out! Erica (sp) actually remembered who I was from YEARS ago because she actually signed me up at the Volvo location FOUR years ago. She showed me all the new things Sundays has added, like the zero gravity massage chair, and talked to me about what I was looking for. I appreciated that she wasn't pushy at all with anything. She answered all of my questions and I really felt like I was talking to a friend while there and not just a salon specialist. The location was clean and all the beds looked fantastic. I am not prepared to UV tan so I did a light mystic tan and the massage chair. I am happy to be back and this location is BRAND new but well run.
