I simply asked her to sterilize the products and cut fresh thread. She proceeded to argue with me stating "it's just hair". She became defensive and told me that I should go with whomever I typically go to. Funny thing is I never even said that I was interested in booking an appointment as I was just calling to inquire just like I did with other places in Williamsburg. With that type of customer service over the phone, I wouldn't even bother seeing how it would be like dealing with her in person. I even told her I'm from out of town and only going to Williamsburg for vacation. With that attitude I don't know how you would compete against other places. I rarely publish reviews but felt compelled to write one to help out other consumers who are contemplating whether to try this place out or not. I don't think this person should be in business if you don't know how to help customers. What makes certain businesses last longer than others is when they can provide an overall positive experience from start to end.
