However it wasent until I straightened it I saw she butchered my haircut. It was uneven and slanted. I will give someone a second chance any day, but once they need a third they've lost my business for good. I'm just not sure how she never noticed the cut was uneven by the second time I went to her. I had to pay another hair dresser to fix her mistake and she ended up having to cut an additional .5 in off my hair to make it even. I was very disappointed and will never be going back.

Liz was great at making me feel comfortable, explaining every step, and explaining realistic expectations. She made a point to get to know me and my hair which is really reassuring.
