Pleased with my hair cut but dismayed by the charge. I have very short hair but needed the back trimmed around the neck area and a little blending on the sides. Didn't need the bangs done. The basic charge was $28.00. I'm an 81 year old woman. I asked her what happened to senior discounts. She apologized and said she was sorry. but the charge of $28.00 had already gone through. Was it not possible to back out the charge and put in the correct amount? I gave her a three dollar tip in cash which made this a $31.00 hair trim. She gave me a Supercuts card with a $2.00 discount on the next haircut. I didn't notice a price list posted but remember my last hair cut was about $22.00. read more

Brittany was very hostile to me both times I booked with her. Her customer service is very rude and she refused service for no reason. Have her on video where she admits to being hostile towards me. The first time I experienced a similar thing as another reviewer which was if I arrived 10 mins late (due to traffic) then I was informed by her (rather rudely) that I had to wait 20-30 mins. That didn't fit into my schedule that time so I left. This time, the second time, I was very polite and accommodating to her schedule but she continued being negative. I've gone to Supercuts for decades in many different areas and never had anything but good experiences but this was so BAD. Be careful. Seriously. She will probably make up some reason in responding to this review as to why she thinks she is justified but really she's not at all. I often wait 10, 15, sometimes 20 minutes to be seen for an appointment I make. Today I showed up 10 minutes late and was told I'd have to reschedule. Be consistent with your policy. It's ok to make the customer wait, but the one you're late, you're told to reschedule. I usually don't waste my time with reviews because companies rarely respond. Today I decided to write one because I drove 1/2 mile up the street to a competitor and got a walk-in appointment. Just giving people options. Either show up on time and wait 20 minutes at Supercuts, or go to a competitor. read more

I've been coming to this location for about 10 months now, only once did I get a bad cut from the person on duty. It has been a wonderful experience ALL the other times until today. I wanted the back trimmed up to the hairline and the sides an equal amount off as well; the bangs cut to just over my eyebrows. The back came out beautiful, but she only cut about 1/4 inch off the sides and my bangs are crooked. I had to argue with BOTH women there about drying my hair..I did not want it styled, only figure dried they were going to change me $10.00 more for that! I have never left there with wet hair before and there has never been a charge! I wanted to use the dryer to dry my own hair to be sure the cut was right before I left (I have always been able to do that before). I felt bullied by both the women there for wanting to be sure the cut was correct. I left with semi dry hair, dry hair down my back and a wet shirt. When I got home I finished drying my hair and removed all the hair that had gone down my back...low and behold, the bangs are crooked and the side too long. Now I will have to take time out of my day and money out of my wallet to get this corrected when it would have been so easy to to while I was already there! It was anew person cutting my hair, and the person in charge really didn't know the policy but was willing to bully me into taking what I got lumping it and top top that off she (the person in charge) was just answering the phone at the salon in July, not cutting hair....so she was fairly new too! I'm not sure they will ever see me again... at 71 I do not tolerate bulling of any kind and that is what they were doing...bulling me into accepting more charges and paying for something I didn't ask for! The two girls working were very friendly and I got in very quickly for being a walk-in, but the haircut itself was not good. I did not notice it was uneven after the girl finished cutting it because she left it sopping wet. I was literally ringing water out of my hair onto the floor while my boyfriend got his hair cut. After I got home and my hair was dried, I brushed it out and noticed that one side is literally half an inch or more shorter than the other side. I'm going to go back in tomorrow and have it fixed. Went for a inch trim and layers, originally had long curly hair and specified I didn't want much off. Ended up with now awkward medium length hair and lopsided layers and didn't realize it until the next day when I did my full curl routine. I am not as much angry as sad because my hair was what gave me a lot of confidence and now that's gone. Would not recommend for curly haired people. read more

When stylist was done with the previous customer's hair, he cleaned up the cut hair and we thought we were next. Ah, not so. He proceeded to chit chat with a customer of a different stylist. He was gushing about the customer's red hair and maybe trying to get a date. We waited and waited why the love fest went on and on. Finally walked out. Blah, customer service is in the crapper these days and this place is a prime example. If you go maybe you'll get lucky and get a stylist that actually wants to make money and do a good job. Literally worst place ever. I got my hair cut here back in April and damn.. I hate this place so much I paid 130 for the lady to dye my hair. my hair was dark brown and I wanted it raven black and before hand they said they would charge me 70-90 at most!! I was so pissed thEy charged me way more. I don't understand why it cost so much?? My hair length was just barley on my shoulders. To top it off when the lady got done dying my hair I asked if she was going to blow dry it and she said it would be extra $20 and It was just definitely not worth it I hope this place goes out of business. I went yesterday just for a neck trim and to have my sides trimmed up. I questioned the stylist when she was done if the sides looked even to her. She told me that one side just liked to flip up and the other side flip down. I stupidly took her word for it. Today I shower and WTF. These sides aren't even in the same ballpark for length or cut. Today I go in and explain to a different stylist. She informs me that she just clocked out for lunch and the other stylist is busy. Seriously this will take less than 2 minutes to correct. The worst thing to hear during a haircut is the word "oops". Trenda slipped while cutting my right sideburn and shaved off basically all of it. I'm pretty forgiving, so I just said no worries and had her cut the other side just as short. Doesn't look too bad. But then, without asking me at all, she gave two quick swipes on my right eyebrow. When I asked her what she's doing, she said she's just trimming it because it looks bushy. What??? Ok, I went with it, and what a mistake. She gave a few careless swipes to the left side, and now my eyebrows are uneven. I didn't even notice it til I went home. Drove all the way back and presented it to one of the other ladies working. She did not argue with me that they aren't uneven, because one side is clearly a lot thinner than the other. She asked if I wanted to let them wax my eyebrows. I came here with my mom today for the first time. My stylist was Alexa and she did a great job on my cut. I'm also really excited on the product tip for my hair. So far the combination of the styling cream and spray has my hair looking fab. My moms stylist was Adriana and she's also very pleased with her cut. She speaks Spanish so it was great for me cause my mom was able to communicate with out me interpreting. Plus Adriana made sure to ask her if it was to her liking before she was done.
