She's very good with letting me have free range when asking what I'd like done, and I really appreciate that in her. DONT GET YOUR HAIRCUT HERE!! Nancy, the woman that cut my HORRIBLE LAYERED haircut, had terrible customer service. I asked for 4 inches off and layers, TELL ME WHY she eyeballed the layers and free handed my hair. I am left with thicka** FREAKIN LAYERS and a FREAKIN BOB CUT like someone put a bowl on top of my head and trimmed the bottom. She did not talk the entire time and at the end when she took the cover off she left hair pieces all over my legs and sweater. I walked out all itchy from the hair piece in my sweater. AND TELL ME WHY THAT 20 MINUTE HAIRCUT COST 50$. This mf scammed tf out of me. I gave her three 20$ bills and she said "bye" like wth give me my change. I had to ask her for change too. Ughhhhh worst hair cut experience of my life. read more

Outstanding and safe experience for my 13 year old covid isolated child. They needed a back-to-school cut and color for the start of hybrid school. My kid felt SOOO confident with this new hairstyle. I needed my ends trimmed and Ana was my stylist. I was lucky to get her as my stylist because she's been cutting hair for 20 years and so she knows what she's doing. Ana was super fast and efficient! I got my hair washed, deep conditioned, cut and curled in 30mins which is great because I was on a time crunch even though I hadn't mentioned it since I didn't want to rush her but she's naturally fast. Ana did exactly what I needed, gently suggesting that I cut 1.5 inches instead of 1 inch because my ends are pretty dry and it's been 5 months since my last hair cut. She was true to her word and only cut off what she said she would which i really appreciate. The salon is spacious , clean and new having only been opened for a few months. All About Hair is located across the street from Kaiser and in the same shopping center as Baja Fresh. Ana has been doing my hair for several years now and even though I've moved to the Vancouver area I still come to Clackamas for her to do my hair. Ana is a wiz at color and can help you look great even if your not sure what you want. She is also fast and her prices are very reasonable. The salon is very clean and the prices are very reasonable and the location is perfect (across the freeway from Clackamas Town Center). Ana listens to what you want and does what you ask. I have had hairdressers at other salons that do what they want and have been very unhappy. I have had her cut my hair several times and also do a weave (which came out fabulous). Started seeing Ana in about November after my long time hairdresser quit doing hair. Ana is nice and her prices are inexpensive. However, she always seems rushed when cutting hair. I started off just getting trims to see how she works. Last month I gave her a range showed her some pictures and she did something in the middle of the road. It was alright cut nothing fabulous. This month I decided to actually cut it into a style. I showed her the style gave her specific directions. Unfortunately she chopped off all my hair. It's completely uneven and I had to have my husband correct it at home. My hair was at my shoulders and she buzzed cut the back of my hair and gave me a pixie(not a good one either) and NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR. I would think twice before seeing her especially if your looking for an entirely different style. If you just want a trim and pay cheap prices and be in and out in 30mins then you should see her. I won't go back. She hacked my hair. I had to pay someone else to fix her mistake. read more
