I enjoy results from Lindsey, and she's easy to talk or not talk to, whichever you prefer. She listens to what you want, and executes it well. Not what I was going for :( Completely the wrong color. I tried growing it out, putting over the counter correction on it and finally lightening it myself. It was bad, and a huge PROJECT, that not anyone could fix! It should have taken multiple visits. Not only did she do an AMAZING color correction, but I also got a new hair style, that I absolutely LOVE! Who knew that could be the outcome? I requested a straight style with a bit of volume at the bottom. She didn't quite follow through with that. Then, when she went to shampoo my hair, it was mediocre at best. Once we made it back to the chair, she asked me again how I wanted my hair styled, which I found odd since we had just discussed it. But I reminded her. From there, the experience went downhill. The stylist made several unnecessary comments about my curly and silver hair, even asking if I was on medication that affected my hair, which was completely inappropriate. She also overloaded my hair with hairspray to the point that the smell was overwhelming when I got into my car. To top it all off, when I reached out to the owner, Lisa, to express my concerns, she was dismissive and unprofessional, showing no regard for my experience. I paid $115 for a blow-dry that simply wasn't done well, and I felt pressured into a haircut I didn't want. In short, I wouldn't recommend this salon if you're looking for a professional and respectful experience.

When I pull up I see a text - no apology, nothing, at 605pm "it's Easter Sunday I can't make it tonight I can fit you in tomorrow". WHY would she agree to that appointment if Easter was a problem? Also she had 3 whole days to figure that out! And let me know!! This was also her appointment to "make it up to me". THEN SHE BLOCKED ME!! My texts were coming back green and when I called it went to voicemail so I had my boyfriend text her and it came back blue... I knew she blocked me. I have been nothing but understanding, kind and a loyal customer up until this point even though she's canceled on me multiple times leading up to this. She was also asked to leave her last salon so I think I might know why. I wouldn't go near her ever again. I've had more respectful interactions with the worst people. For now I will make super dark roots and platinum blonde hair the new TREND till I find someone else.
