Needed a haircut but all the other shops I checked were appointment only. Walked into Supercuts Hollister and was served with 5 minutes. Jessica was very friendly and helped me to figure what I wanted. Then she gave me a nice short summer haircut that looks really good. I normally don't go somewhere unless there is almost all 4 or 5 stars, this one had a 1 and a 5. But I did receive a coupon that stated Angela was rated #1 hairstylist in Hollister and at a Supercuts! I called in and talked with Angelica (diff. people) and got an appt. for 30 minutes later. I drove from Morgan Hill! The map I got was AWFUL and it's been a while since I've been to Hollister but she got me there. She did a great job with my hair and explaining what she was going to do. I just needed a trim and some bangs evened and some tapering in the front. She gave me great advice on how to get a tease to stay in the back of my head and what to use to condition. All for $15 plus a tip! I would have liked my hair a little bit lighter in weight/thinned out more, which I'm sure she can fix the next time, I will be back. The few extra miles is worth saving lots of money over MH's HIGH salon prices! read more

I brought my 2 little girls to get their bangs trimmed because my neighbor who cuts hair did not do a good job. So I thought I would give Supercuts a shot this time. To top it off Its school picture day on Friday the 6th. I was impressed with Christina, she did such a great job cutting my girls bangs and Im glad I took a chance. Normally I don't go to barber shops like this one. But, I was in DESPERATE need for someone to fix the mess up I did when I cut my own hair too short. I went in and was greeted right away by the girls who worked there. The girl who cut my hair did exactly what I wanted, even though the description I had given her was vague. She talked to me throughout the entire time I was getting my hair cut and was very polite. I would DEFINITELY go again any day! read more

I always come into Supercuts. The prices are reasonable and every time they amaze me at the great work they do here. I'll find a stylist that I really like and then she'll leave. But this last year I found one I REALLY like and she does amazing work! NICOLE is here name! I asked her for a specific cut and of course she made it look amazing and just today I had her do some blonde hi lights and dark lo lights and I think it came out Awesome! A fifteen minute wait turned into a five minute wait. The hairstylist was great. I had my hair cut into layers with an inch taken off the length. She listened and cut it just as I had asked for. The price of the haircut was great as well. read more

Went in to just get a trim on my bangs, even had a picture of what I wanted done, and the girl totally messed up my bangs! She cut them way too short! I got a better cut from a cosmetology school by a student, will never go back to this place. read more

Not going there again. The lady that we got to cut my child's hair was rude, impatient and in a bad mood. She literally did a 5 minute cut, and we felt extremely rushed because she had an appointment waiting. She shouldn't have taken us if she already had an appointment. I had to get out of there fast before I lost my temper. I understand people have bad days, but she was as sweet as could be to her "regular". Supercuts lost my business because of her. I went in very upset and nearly in tears due to a VERY bad haircut I had received about a week prior at a different salon in town. I asked if anyone was there that can do long, curly hair and I appreciated it VERY MUCH that the young lady that was there at that time didn't just say "Oh ya I can do it!" but instead suggested I come back in the next day to have Angelica do my hair. She told me that everyone goes to her that have curly hair. I came in to get my hair done with Angelica and she not only fixed the most horribly hair cut I ever had, but saved the length, and it's probably the best haircut I've had ever. I went back in about 2 wks after for help with my bangs. She knew exactly what to do and my hair looks PERFECT now. She's also got a great personality and so did the other ladies that worked there too. Why pay $50 for a bad haircut when you can go to Supercuts for $15 and look amazing? read more

I went in for a hair cut and the lady didn't even care she took the hair cut as a job and cut my hair with excessive speed after I told her to slow down and she cut my hair really high complete messing up my hair I had to come home and put tons of hair gel to keep my back hairs from standing up I well certainly never go to a super cuts ever again especially this one the employees don't care they're there to make money oh btw I didn't even get a hot towel finish which is advertised read more

I went in to this super cuts desperately needing a haircut and the lady that attended me told me she does these types of haircut "ALL THE TIME" after I had told her if she couldn't do it. This is my first time at Hollister Supercuts. I am completely dissatisfied w/ the service. My girlfriend and I walked in on a Saturday both for haircuts. Business was not busy, and I got a chair immediately. The stylist was quick to get me out of the chair. Unfortunately, the quality of the cut was horrible. Hair uneven, and all over my face. She didnt bother to clean me up after the cut. My girlfriends cut is just as bad. Uneven and chopped. I will not be returning for a haircut, just a refund. read more

Okay once probably my imagination but a third time not the case. Every time I go into this Super cuts I feel like Men are favored. Not sure why but for example today I go in one girl says I have two people in front of me. Okay no problem I had a few extra minutes to wait. While I sat another women came in and two other gentle man. The other women left said she couldn't wait. I was there before her but the girl said oh your next when she wasn't But Whatever not a big deal cause she left anyways. Well when one of the other guys came in they new him by name so a regular. No big deal my husband is probably know as a regular too. Well I started watching clock I had to pick up my son, and was going to have to skip the shampoo as it was. It was going on 20 minutes. Well she called the man up she greeted by name next. I said I was next she said oh well he did the app. Okay but I was told I had two in front and already waited the two. The man was nice and willing to let me go. I said it was okay and I needed to pick up my son. The girl said oh well the cut won't take 15 min. Okay nice going to tell me your going to rush. No thank you guess I will have to find another place. I know there isn't as much to a man's haircut maybe they are regulars and tip better. Who knows but this was my third time in and I feel like I don't get the same customer service as the gentleman in there do. read more
