I was super excited to be able to find a spot last minute to cut my hair. My stylist was Kylie. Let me say I have not allowed anyone else to cut my hair in almost 20 years. Since my uncle closed his salon. I have a wedding to attend and wanted to do something nice. So I showed her a photo of what i wanted. Asked if she could do it. Explained i wanted my undercut faded up into a pixie. I showed her where my cowlick was so she was aware of my hair type. She then proceeded to take clippers to my head and shaved half my hair off. It was in the back so I was hoping it wasn't as much as it had felt like. Sadly it was. After that, she had to cut the top shorter than I had originally asked for because she over buzzed my head. She then realized she left a huge line in my hair and buzzed off so much hair my cow lick is standing up on my forehead. Once I met up with my daughter she was appalled by the uneven back and chopped lines. I am so disgusted with the way i look now. read more

Gotten plenty of bad haircuts here. Finally happened onto a stylist, Sara, that knew what she was doing. Online appointment, selected Sara who was booking after 12:30. Got there and was told "we have you booked but not necessarily with Sara". So glad I drove 40 minutes for this. After being patient trying to find a capable stylist I now can't trust the app. If Sara was not going to be available a text or email would have been nice. This has nothing to do with Covid, this is just poor inexperienced management. read more

I was super skeptical abt going to supercuts bc i have never been before. the staff was super nice and accommodating. the manager, i think her name was sarah, cut my hair and did such an amazing job i have been getting nonstop compliments on it. not to mention i usually get really upset after any of my haircuts but this one was the first that i felt super happy and satisfied!!! read more

Please, do us all a favor and just close. As a single mom, sometimes I used to go to supercuts because I couldn't afford to spend over $100 at The Main Salon. :( On the last occasion about a month ago, this younger stylist butchered my hair. They offered me a few free haircuts and some damaged product. The manager also looked at my hair and almost giggled when she saw what her younger stylist had done. That same woman left shampoo in my hair while she received flowers at work on another occasion. I do not want any more haircuts from supercuts ever again. read more

Every time I have gone there is has been terrible. Very little attention to detail and just a negative experience all around. Other Supercuts are fine but for some reason this one sucks read more

I come here whenever I can't schedule into my better salon. Cheap and give O.K haircuts. Most workers there are nice.

I took my 3 year old son there to get a haircut. The guy who cut his hair was a complete dick. He ended up snipping the bangs (badly) and the hair in the back, and charged me $18. I could of taken a pair of scissors and done that at home! I took him to Cost Cutters a couple days later where he got a real haircut for $12. read more

I came here to have my eyebrows waxed last Saturday. When i got on the road I noticed how bad they actually were. I have bald spots on my right eyebrow that look horrible!!!! At the salon I didn't notice from the angle she showed me in the mirror while i was laying back on the chair. She specifically told me she wasn't going to thin them out just give them a little shape after I told her that I've been growing them for almost a year just to have them waxed properly. I am so disappointed and so angry at how they look. I would never post anything unless it was true!! read more

I would absolutely recommend this salon. The hairdressers that work there have all Been there for a very long time and are very knowledgeable. Supercuts always has excellent on going education in everything to new haircut trends to amazing advanced coloring techniques.. If you really watch the stylist's when your waiting- you will see how they cut hair and it's really cool and it's an excellent technique that is very well thought out and organized by the original men who created Supercuts, and it was their technique that we still Use today after many many years- that technique made Supercuts the franchise it is now! It eliminates most hairdressing mistakes, it's very neat and efficient, it's what makes you able to go in and out with an amazing cut that didn't take hours to create. They still add their own personalized touch to fit each individual, but say you go somewhere to get your haircut and they don't have a technique and you LOvE the haircut.. So You go back ..asking them to do the same thing cuz you loved it. When really, they had no idea or technique they just went with it. Some Stylist do their own thing and I'm sure theyre incredible I'm not trying to s Put down any other stylists.. But Then you probably won't get the same haircut you were hoping for because they don't follow a technique. Say you didn't like the Supercuts technique that they did, let them know!! Seriously, and they can leave notes in the computer and they will customize the haircut for you to what YOU want of course (you can still use the technique but the finishing touches is what makes each haircut different in a way.. So not every cut is exactly the same but the general haircut it self is the same and the texturizes Or whatever they use to help make your haircut look super polished and perfect- they use certain tools according to your hair type. There are just some things you don't want to use in certain hair, that's why the education here is just so phenomenal/ I learned so Much! ) I'm trying not to make this so long but You can request someone if you got a haircut one time and liked it and and then came in and hated it or something, I believe the computer lets You know who did it last so you can request a stylist that you prefer! If you ever aren't sure how to explain what you want, bring in pictures! Those are great! And it helps For you to show the stylist exactly what you want and I feel the communication ends up Working out great! They really do help you out with the right product for your hair type too! They will maximize your good features and minimize any features you don't like- they do a great job! And no other salons have the continuing education that Supercuts has, which is always just awesome To hear.. they're always up to date on the new trends and styles and colors..Supercuts rocks and if you have a bad experience - give them another try and tell them what happened! Don't worry about looking like your being rude or mean (unless you are being rude or mean lol) but that's how we learn from our mistakes! Who knows! You might get the best haircut you ever got if you give them Another chance! read more

I trusted this Supercuts to give me a good short haired look that I hadn't been seen with in over 4 years, and I was not disappointed. Quick service, friendly people, and my haircut turned out great. Terrible long wait. People talking on cell phones can cut in line or hold up customer service. Have waited an hour multiple times. The cuts are alright...nothing special. They seem inconvenienced during busy hours. Some stylists are great while others are a bit lazy and don't care if you're sitting there wondering why people talking on cells can just jump in line when they weren't actually paying attention. No last call for...and next. Have gone there many years and it's gotten worse. Contacted corporate and they did not respond. They don't care. They just roll out commercials like, special people don't wait. And Rock the cut, while the whole time they just ignore common sense etiquette. read more

After years of working with hairdressers in Bratt and Morrisville who could not produce the look I wanted, I took a chance on this Supercuts; I am astounded...not only have I had excellent cuts and styles each time, I have been educated on how to get the look I want. This group of men and women work very well together and I have seen on several occasions, customers who I would've punched in the nose handled skillfully and with respect. Never once have I seen anyone in a grumpy mood. I have now graduated from the white knuckle, oh boy, what am I going to get, to: "Yipee, this is exactly what I was looking for." i went in tonight for a simple hair cut after football and the lady i got did so horribly that i gave up on trying to have her fix it and just went home i have my first day of senior year tomorrow thanks for making my hair look like crap i might as well shave my head bald. i asked for the side to be cut short and that is the only thing she got right. then i asked for a little off the top and followed it up by saying about a half inch off the top she took about an inch and a half off the top. then for some reason i wanted her to do my eyebrows i asked her to arch them which is very simple and something every barber should know how to do (i seriously don't know how someone could do this wrong) but she did not know how to arch eyebrows. she waxed them and left them uneven so i asked her to fix it so i got back in the chair and she started plucking the one that was too big but even after plucking them she still left that one too big and closer to the center than the other one. finally after giving up it was time for me to pay, it physically hurt to hand her just over $27 after she did such a terrible job. i will never go back to this super cuts or any other next time i want my hair fucked up ill call up Stevie wonder to mess me up for free. read more
