The lady finished with a guy who got a pretty dramatic cut with the back shaved except for a unique taper. I actually walked behind him to see if it was uniform which it was. My hair was a difficult cut and I was not optimistic but she took her time, though efficient use of it, and I was satisfied. I looked attractive and professional for $22.50 with tip. I called ahead and was told they don't set up appointments but a "reservation" could be set. We were also told there was no wait and nobody in front of us. We set it up to be there within 15 minutes. We get there in that time, check in, and there are only 2 employees working (@ 9:30am in the morning when it's generally very busy). At this point they are both busy with clients, and there are 3 others waiting. The blonde one, who shall remain nameless then called up her regular client. My husband threw up his hands and said, "seriously". To which she replied, "There are other people ahead of you, next time you can set up a reservation. He had a reservation with me." I told her we did set up a reservation, we just called earlier. The other one chimed in and said, "Yes you're next!". At this point I'm pissed but we've already wasted time and money getting here, my husband needs a haircut and needs to get to work. Can never get a walk-in cut. I never know when I have time to get a treat like a quick haircut and super it's makes it difficult to be spontaneous. I hate waiting 45 minutes for a 15 minute hair cut. Made a cut and highlight appointment online showed up 5 minutes early, with no one else waiting in the entrance she tells me it'll be a few minutes cuz there's people in the chairs. I waited for 30 minutes after my appointment before I finally just got up and left. Went here because I was pressed for time. My hair is long. I asked for it to be just off the ear, boxed in the back and still long in the top. When she was done, it came out looking like a Marine Corp haricut. Super short EVERYWHERE. She cut the sides so short I can plainly see my scalp! Not even close to what I asked for. TEN STARS AND THREE CHEERS FOR BRIANNA!!!!!!!!! SHE IS AMAZING!!!!!!!!! After refusing to go to any salon for over 5 years (Yes ladies......zero hair cuts or dyes for over 5 years haha) I took a chance yesterday and went in for a trim. Brianna welcomed me in and after hearing my horror stories of previous salons, I was blown away by her empathy and professionalism. She showed me exactly how much I was going to need to cut off to have healthy hair again BEFORE she did anything and throughout the entire experience she walked me through every inch She took off. I've never left a salon so happy with not only my looks but feeling light-hearted and cheery from the experience and conversation. My stylist, Vida, listened closely and delivered a great cut out of the gate. Was I relieved. By the second cut, I told her to use her judgement and got the best cut of my life (no bull).
