I made an appointment for 1 o'clock and was skipped over multiple times before actually being taken in to get a haircut. Sitting at the salon was not an ideal way to spend my Saturday. I request they get their scheduling together and act like they know what they are doing before they call it a real. Then proceeded to lie to my face about the scheduling incident. Every time I come in it's always a 45 minute wait to get my eyebrows waxed. They do a decent job majority of the time I'll give them that, but the wait time is far too long and it's inconvenient. read more

Great customer service here! Came in for a quick trim and no complaints really except for their standard cuts being $15 when Great Clips has a promo going for $7 :(( but the hairdresser was very friendly and prompt. Not crowded at all which I definitely appreciated :) read more

Management is ridiculous. The manager at this location is very rude, and very slow. It took almost 45 minutes for a simple mens haircut just to take a little off the sides. And during the haircut all she did was complain. All the other stylists that were working seemed fantastic. My wife and I came here to get a quick haircut. I needed a trim and my wife just needed a few inches cut off. The two young ladies that took care of us were great. Both did a quick and did an excellent job. They were friendly and polite and knew what they were doing- they made our visit worthwhile. We'll be back for sure. read more

I recently went in for a whole new haircut and did my part in bringing in pictures of what I wanted to help my stylist. I brought in 3 well lit photos (side, front, and back view) of the cut I wanted, but for some reason the stylist couldn't figure it out. I later had to go to a different salon after this botched hair-cut to get it fixed since the stylist couldn't even cut my bangs even (they went from 1/4" on one side to almost 3/4" on the other, Yikes!) I won't even go back here for a trim now. I think next time I'd rather spend a little more money at a professional salon where the stylists have a little more experience. read more

I called to make an appointment for a simple haircut 3 weekends ago. I was happy they were one of only a few places open on Sunday. I asked if I needed an appointment - was told by the young lady I could come as a walk-in but it would be better to make an appointment to avoid waiting if they got busy. So I made a noon appointment and showed up 10 minutes early. I checked in -- regardless they continued to see customers based on their walk-in order. Has a great newer staff who are all great at what they do! If there was ever a problem I'd communicate with the stylist and she would gladly fix whatever was wrong! Very friendly environment. NEVER Again will i go there!!! I got my cut which was ok, then the girl cutting my hair asked how i wanted it styled i said straightened, because i had to work after. Well she blow dried my hair with out sectioning it off, then just blow dried it to the point where it was damp, then she started straightening it, my roots were still wet after she was don't my hair was huge and frizzy. I told her i didn't like it and that i had to go. Meanwhile the manager was just sitting there watching and didn't say anything. I had to go to the gym so while i was there i really saw the monstrosity on my head. I called to speak with a manager and she kept asking me to come back in to get it re done, um NO, I told them over and over i had to go to work but before then i had to go home now and FIX my hair. I didn't even have tome to finish at the gym. But while i was talking to the manager my call got dropped i called right back and the girl who "did" my hair answered and said well the manager is busy so if you want to talk to her come in or call before 5 cause that's when we get off, i got off the phone and had to call corporate to get the situation taken care of. Thee was NO help or accountability. Even when i Had told Danika stylist) i didn't like it she came up with excuses of why my hair didn't look good, instead of taking responsibility for the very half hearted job. I know its just a super cuts but i paid MORE there for services then i paid at a Paul Mitchell salon, with better results at the Paul Mitchell salon. Needless to say Danika became rude after i had called to complain and the manager Melissa was also rude and evasive. I do not like complaining and if i would have gotten like a rein check to get it fixed by some one OTHER then the angry stylist maybe i would have made time to come back later in the week. But if a client is upset you don't EVER let them walk out of the salon looking a mess, my hair was still curly at the roots and wet. I had to go home and re do it before work. I will NOT go back there or refer any one to get anything done by Danika or Melissa. Only because from my experience they will not be accountable if anything goes wrong. and when it comes to your hair that's a huge deal. read more

Took my son here for a haircut. There was 2 people in front of us. Waited 45 minutes only to have some guy walk in with no appointment ask the stylist name and then sit down. 5 minutes later the stylist announced she was taking one more then she was done for the day and took the guy who had no appointment in next! The other stylist disappeared and that is when I took my son and we left. Don't go here if you expect any type of service. read more
