I have to give a major shout out to Kaylee & Noelle. Kaylee has a fun, bubbly personality that is so original & was actively listening to what I wanted! Noelle gave me a lash lift & tint. When I removed my lash extensions I was nervous of how I would feel. My color consultant Brinley was very thorough in going thru all I was going to need fir my blend. The quality of service was very good. Environment was chill. Only I was surprised when I had to pay for my drinks. And it was a lot pricier than the app stated overall I do recommend due to the high professionalism and knowledge. read more

I get irritated when a salon offers eye lash extensions and then when you call they tell you they're not taking any new clients. Why is it offered as a service then?? Pretty lame!!! Expensive salon and not friendly until they want a tip. read more

Amazing stylists and very friendly. Listened to what I wanted and did a great job both times I went in. Both times the stylist said she'd cut it a little longer versus possibly too short and I'd I wanted more off she'd go back through it! I love that! Too many stylist do the opposite and u can't put hair back on, but u can definitely take more off. read more

I found this place via Instagram and I just love love love Arizona! She has been amazing and I just love this hair journey we've been on! I can't wait to see what we do in the future! So disappointed when we got home and my daughters hair was hacked. She had braided it so cute so I couldn't see the cut till we got home. I told her 2 inches and at least 6 was cut off. It is completely uneven with chopped layers in random places. My daughter had the most beautiful hair and it's ruined. I'm have been so upset over this. No one that has graduated beauty school should be cutting hair like this. I could do a better job! We will not be returning. We had been to a previous girl before that and she didn't say one word the whole time and the cut was also bad. read more

Got a last minute appointment when I didn't think they'd have anything yay! But I was trying a new stylist so I was nervous. I went to Cassie and she was amazing!! She Listened to exactly what I wanted and helped me figure out the best cut for what my hair needed and what I wanted. She was personable (i hate sitting with a quiet stylist) and she even helped me pick a conditioner I desperately needed. Left very happy. read more

I went in trying to get a basic graduated taper haircut in my neck line and to start growing my hair out into an a-line. she shaved my hair several inches above the occipital bone, because when she cut it with the clippers - she gave me a really bad line across the back of my head. And dug into my longer hair. It looks like I have an undercut bowl cut. I told her I was trying to grow my hair out and I'm very disappointed. The whole back of my head is flat and shaved. read more

She fixed me up with a hair color that requires little to no maintenance and is beautiful! She was also great with going over my options before we started to make sure we were on the same page! I have been to a lot of hair salons since moving to utah and none of them compare to here! Bree does my hair and we are currently in the process of going silver! She was very knowledgeable about the process and how long it would take (my hair is dark brown and she wanted to make sure I wasn't expecting silver hair in one visit!). I never leave with a bad haircut either! She always cuts it exactly how I want it! Its so hard to find a good hair salon anymore so I'm very happy that I was able to find this gem! read more

My daughter and I went in and had back to back appointments with the same stylist. I got a really cute cut and style! My daughter asked for the same cut and was given something vastly different. Her cut was not shoulder length as she asked it was in fact chin length. They told her that she didn't get a style with her cut. She left with wet hair. We left and she was in tears. I could not even enjoy my haircut because hers was so bad and I felt so sad for her. read more

I went here wanting to spice up my drab, one length, long hair. New to the area I am in need of a new stylist, this place is 5 min from my house so I decided to give it a try. I called when they first opened to set up an appointment for my brother and I to both get a cut. I was told that they had 2 spots open to get both of us in at the same time. Perfect, I don't have time to sit around in a salon all day! Upon arrival at the salon we stood at the front reception with no welcome or check in for what seemed like an eternity. Once we finally were helped I found out that we both did not have appointments at the same time but back to back with the same stylist. Ok, whatever, not a big deal. I went back first. I told the Stylist that I wanted side bangs, long layers, and a trim off the bottom. Not too much to ask for. She ended up telling me a trim was all I needed and that I should keep growing it out before doing these things. My hair is to the bottom of my shoulder blades! At this point I felt as though she was not competent to cut my hair and went through with the trim only in fear of a jack cut. As she turned me toward the mirror for a grand reveal of my trim, it was clear my assumptions were correct... She must have been fresh out of beauty school, I had a half inch difference from one side to the other. I mentioned this to her and she giggled and replied "oops." She made a few more snips and a half ass blow dry. No other reveal, just took off my cape and invited my brother over. I ended up paying nearly $50 for a trim from a dimwit that didn't style my hair when she was finished or massage my head in the shampoo bowl. For that kind of money I want a dang massage. My brothers hair turned out fine, but how hard is a buzz. Would not recommend this place. read more

It's taken me awhile to do this because I hate leaving bad reviews. Came in a couple months ago. Asked for a 360 undercut bob and a red and rose gold hair color. Showed pictures. Talked weeks before hand. The cut is so much more narrow than the picture I showed and had a huge side chunk of the Bob cut shorter than the rest that there is no way to fix other than wait for it to grow out or go super short. Messaged the stylist just to be told to let it grow out. I know she knew because she asked what side I like the part on and instantly styled it the other way and told me I should style it that way, concealing the miscut section. Also concealing the fact that the undercut was not done well at all. Now back to the color. It was supposed to go from a deep red root to a dusty rose gold ends. She bleached my strawberry blonde roots. Left the bleach on for so long even after I told her it was burning bad. I had sores for weeks. Thrn she mentions I have another client at 5. Well it's only 3 at this point so didn't think anything of it. She puts bleach on my ends, leaves it for five minutes then washes it and rushes the rest. Nothing lifted at all. Didn't get the color I asked. I understand it can take a couple times to get to the right lifted level but she didnt even try. I left looking like a magenta hot pink cranberry. I spent weeks in tears not knowing what to do. 200 for messed up hair was so he as heartbreaking to me. Ended up with a job interview and needed it fixed. Went to the local beauty school and left so much more happy with a better blended cut and the correct hair color. Now if only I didnt have this residual scalp pain from the bleach. Do I think the salon will do the right thing where I waited this long? No. But I want to make people aware. read more

My daughter and I are in love with this salon! Everyone is so friendly, and Damia is the fastest braided we've found since moving to Utah. We've had her do a crochet weave 3 times, and it takes less than 2 hours and only costs $100. Other places I've paid at least $200 and it takes much longer. Looking for braids or extensions? Very dishonest. Hidden fees & expensive for what customer service you get. The owner offered me a deal because her employee scheduled me in twice and never showed up, the last time she up and moved to another state, neither she nor Olde Mill Salon contacted to me let me know. I took 3 full days of work off due to the only opening in the middle of my work schedule. I lady did do my hair and I was only suppose to pay for the employees time and instead they charge me full price. The highlights hardly showed and I was not happy, they do not do refunds so do yourself a favor and go to some place more professional and you will be 100% more happy with the end results, learn from my mistake. Decided to bring my daughter here to get an asymmetrical bob and Bree did a fantastic job! I could tell she really enjoyed what she was doing and truly wanted my daughters hair to look fabulous. She was very polite and asked my daughter and I for feedback throughout the cut.
