I have very long hair and she never chops too much off and when I requested layers she did an AMAZING job. The stylist buzzed a large chunk out of the back of his head. I realize these things can happen. However, nothing was said to him at the time of the cut. Upon going back to show the manager his hair, he was told that they offer no refunds. This is in very poor taste and extremely unprofessional. Needless to say, neither one of us will be returning.

Instead of taking the time to look at the video, the stylist interrupted her and said, "No cause it could be Ai" As a result the stylist did not "get it" and the haircut was nothing like what my Wife requested. Much more hair was cut off than she wanted, leaving her extremely upset, disappointed, and self conscious. Hair takes months or even years to grow, and to add more insult to injury, she was charged $94 for a service that completely ignored her instructions. They sent me home with purple hair toner still in my hair and told me to wash it with dish soap to get it out... When I went back to have them fix it, they both were hovering over me, making me very uncomfortable telling me how good it looks and I got exactly what I asked for, "this is what balayage is." even tho I showed them the picture of What I wanted. Obviously it looked nothing like this. The "good will appointment" as they called it, made it look just as bad if not worse. I asked for a refund so I can get it fixed by a trustworthy salon and they told me they will only give me half back and will have security there(???) I literally just wanted a refund.
